Culver’s — Restaurant in Stevens Point

My first time in Culver's Stevens Point and for sure will be the last. Very disappointed. I can't eat a big meal and I am not big fan of fried food. So I am very happy that Culver's actually have steamed broccoli that I can eat with fish. My husband and I went for lunch, we only have 45mins for lunch so I picked Culvers because it's closer and they have broccoli. The person can't figure out what to do because I only want 2 piece of fish and broccoli, which isn't the first time I've ordered. The lady he asked said "you will need to enter it twice", and so he did. When they gave us our orders, there is no broccoli. 😑 so I told the the server that I ordered broccoli. The server then asked the same lady that said to enter it twice. She said "it's not included in your receipt, so you will need to go back to the line and pay for it". Was very, very disappointing. I understand, that the person who took our order failed to enter it, and I do understand that I have to pay for it, but asking me to go back to the line without being sorry for their mistake and not even attempt to make up for their mistakes is very...

I have 2 kids that have severe allergies. Culvers is the only place we eat out due to the clean ingredients. We go to several other culverse locations. And never been charged so much for a burger pattie. This location charges over four dollars for just a one burger pattie nothing else included no bun nothing. All other locations charges two dollars and some change. When we ask them about it, they said " this is how the owner prefers to have it ring up".

Going forward, we will not be using this culvers. Due to the fact that they're money hungry, and not concerned about taking care of a customer. We will be driving out of the way to go to another location stevens point.

I could order a triple burger, and it would be less money to add a pattie then to just order a pattie alone. makes zero sense.

Very sad by the service i received when i came here. i came in at 9:45pm on a thursday night (5/23/24) I had a woman with “trainee” on her badge, and I have never been talked to so rudely especially at a culvers. Then a lady, who was blonde with short hair, seemed like the manager, told us we couldn’t get ranch with our tenders and we would have to pay for the ranch. are you kidding, I can’t get sauce with my tenders, like what the heck?! Anyways, end of story.. I am very upset with my service, and will not be coming back to...
