Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Hull

How could it be this bad? I wondered at several points if I was getting punked. Ordered two regular combo meals and one extra sandwich, one person in the drive through ahead of me. After 10 minutes waiting, made it to the window and paid. Big mistake. 10 more minutes of patience rewarded us with two kid sized drinks with the caps half on and the information that they were planning to put some fries down soon. Wow, I thought, they must be severely understaffed and it's the dinner rush. I should be a nice person and try to remember from my teenage years how much that sucks. After a half hour, we received two bags of food which contained two small fries and two of our three sandwiches. The fries were fresh and the one sandwich we opened was decent. I hated to prolong the experience further, but we needed that third sandwich, so we went in. We were surprised to see a manager with a crew of seven or eight people inside, versus the two or three scrambling crew members we had envisioned based on the wait and the sizing issues. What the heck were you all doing in there? Turns out the third sandwich was conveniently already made, but lo and behold it appeared when opened to be a several-hour old garbage burger, as did the other one we hadn't opened. Why is BK dying again? The one saving grace for this place is that it was so comically terrible I can't even be mad at them. The only thing they could do better would be to play Benny Hill music on the overhead and charge admission to watch them in...

This Burger King is legitimately the worst fast food establishment in Stevens Point, and possibly the entirety of Central Wisconsin. I pulled up the drive thru at 1:30pm, no other cars in sight, no one dining in, nothing. The guy over the speaker says "One Moment Please", which was fine cause I can wait a few moments to order. After SEVEN minutes I say "Hello? I'm ready to order", then they say "Thank you, one moment please". Meanwhile I'm still the ONLY car in the drive thru. I wait another five minutes and say "I'm ready to order", this time I get no response. Then an elderly lady pulls up to the second window, orders with no problem, and pulls ahead. I reverse and pull into lane two where they say "Thank you for choosing Burger King, one moment please", and i say "I've been waiting for 15 minutes already" and they say "Oh, what can we get for you?". At this point I just drove across town to the other Burger King. On my way i called this Burger King to talk to a manager, and i called every 10 seconds for about 5 minutes and they never answered the phone, and their voice-mail box was full. They FINALLY answered and apologized because they had new employees they were training. I've worked fast food before, even with a brand new employee, it doesnt take but 2 minutes to take an order and make it. Drove across town to the other burger king and had a great experience. Will never return here again.

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. We pulled up and ordered a large whopper meal with cheese and bacon and onion rings instead of fries and a frozen Fanta drink honey mustard for the sauce. Lady over the speaker says whopper with cheese what to drink so we said it again and the bacon. As we’re telling her she says coke or Fanta so we said Fanta AGAIN. We’re looking at the screen and it’s not showing our whopper meal correctly so my boyfriend checks to make sure it’s right and asks if there’s mayo onions and stuff as well on it she says there is but you ordered it with only cheese and bacon so no there’s not. At this point I’m sick of the disrespect and attitude we have gotten since we pulled up and informed her we’re going to another location because I don’t like her attitude. She responds with I answered your question you asked a question and I answered it. No ma’am you answered snarky and you heard wrong to begin with we never said only cheese we said a large whopper meal with cheese and bacon and onion rings. Horrible customer service horrible staff. Almost daily I get food for myself and my employees from somewhere after a job and I’m certain to say we will never be coming back to this Burger King.
