Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Stevens Point

Ordered three meals they all came with a blizzard, My DoorDash got here with just the meals and no blizzards. (The lady who dropped him off said she specifically asked if there were any blizzards and the worker told her no) She then went back to dairy Queen to get us the blizzards. When she dropped them off they weren't even the right ones! I called to see if they would do something to fix the mess up and they told me after waiting for 5 minutes on the phone that they'll have a manager call me the next day. Manager never called me so I waited the whole day for the manager to call and nobody ever called me back. So the next day I called them back and again they can't do anything to help me they just keep telling me they'll tell a manager to call me back!!! This is going on 3 days of nothing being resolved!!! We ordered from dairy Queen pretty often this is the first time we've had an issue but it's the principle of nobody doing anything that makes me think we might not...

Stopped here because a small preteen child could not survive on granola bars any longer and it was right off the main road so I figured it would be easy. It's been forever since I've been in a DQ and I about walked out when I saw the prices of Dilly bars in the freezer - figured kids could share some hot food instead. Food was average fast food - mediocre at best but no one expects Mom's cooking - but it took longer than necessary and the process was just awkward. Seemed like they don't get a lot of traffic and didn't quite know how to interact with customers. building was relatively tidy but showing age. Just wondering,but stopped at your store at 6:06pm and the doors are locked and there are people in the dinning area eating.. There is no sign saying what your hours are on the dine in times. So it is confusing when your open to public and when not.. Please help to solve this matter, when it says on the internet your open till 8pm. Plus went through drive thru and order $6 meal. Got my drink and gave me a number to pull ahead. Few minutes got my food and before i could say anything the lady who served my food was gone and no ice cream that i ordered! I tried to catch her before getting back indoors. Unsuccessful... I can't get inside cause its locked, im not waiting another 15-30 mins thru drive thru again for ice cream...
