Hwy 10 StevensPoint. I haven’t gone to Taco Bell in two years because it is knowingly not good. I thought I would give it another try today. We R through drive thru & Ordered a bean and cheese burrito and the Bell grande box. Inside of my taco was just liquid goo. My fries were so old that you could not even chew them. They were like jerky, and the gordita thing was so hard and old that you could not chew that as well. I went inside just to see if I could get some fresh fries didn’t bother with the other stuff. I waited at the counter for five minutes while everyone looked at me before actually being acknowledged. I asked the lady if I could get fresh fries she went to the back to go ask, and I heard them cursing and yelling. While waiting, I noticed a guy that was working I think slicing something was very aggressive slamming things angrily and then took the bag that he finished putting together and shoved it in an older ladies chest. The lady proceeded to come back and tell me that I would be two minutes for fries and I said that’s totally fine thank you. The guy kept slamming and throwing things around. The older lady was scared to walk over to him, after about five more minutes of waiting he then yelled at me to go throw away my fries that I was holding and I told him I was fine no need to be rude, I will throw them away on my way out the door. He then threw down what he was doing and said I’ll get your fries and he went into the back and got my new fries threw them in a bag. The older lady came up to me, apologized and gave me a ticket for a free taco which I told her I do not want because I won’t be coming back. I told her that I would be reporting him, there is no need for him to be aggressive or rude and she said that he is like that every day and I said I am very sorry...
Read moreCrew that was working was completely clueless, only one car ahead of me in the drive through but waited several minutes before they even took my order. Pulled up behind the only other car and then waited almost 20 minutes before that car which had been sitting at the window when I got there finally got their order. Once I got to the window the older gal working had no idea what I ordered. I had to reconfirm my order several times before she finally got it right. Sat there for another 10 minutes before she finally poked her head out and asked if she had given me my order yet. Why would I still be sitting there if she had given me my order. Sat at least another 10 minutes before she finally gave me my order. Then when I mentioned how long it took. Probably close to 40 minutes at this point she gave me a bunch of snarky attitude. When I got my order home it was obvious that it had been packaged, unpackaged and repackage several times with many of the items falling apart. Everything was cold (I live about 4 minutes away) with scraps of ingredients mingled in the wrappers that were not ingredients to what I had ordered. Now I've been going to taco Bell most of my life and I know it's reasonable to expect taco bell and most fast food restaurants and their employees to be somewhat inept from time to time but this was the worst fast food experience of my life. Read moreFrom the very start this experience was awful. The manager Jesse W took our order. We requested time to review the order and were pushed continously for an answer even after we requested additional time to review the menu a 2nd time. Then, when we got to the window to pay, we were not greeted or anything. A farewell, "Have a nice day," was given, however after the first bite of our order, a large hair was found in the very first bite. We called the store immediately and requested to talk to a manager and Jesse answered the phone. We explained what happened, and continued to be told we could come back through and get a new order, with no apology for the awful customer service and what we can only expect to be the deliberately placed hair in our meal.
