Coffees and frappe were really good, took about 15 minutes to get them though. And it took an additional full hour after that to get our food, which was tasty but pretty basic and nothing you couldn’t whip up in a minute or two. People who came in after us got their food first. Employees were just kids so don’t want to be toooo harsh but they were flirting the whole time and just standing around for a long time instead of making anything. Told us for the first dish they ran out of ingredients so they had to leave to get some, which they never left, I could see them the whole time lol. For the second dish was told it was their first day and had to figure it all out. No music or anything playing so a little awkward to sit there for an hour and a half. The coffee, atmosphere, and service here is amazing. We stopped in for an iced coffee and some breakfast and the manager Tara was so welcoming and helpful. Not only was she beyond nice, she makes sure to stock lactose-free milk, along with other milk alternatives, for those of us who are lactose free. Unheard of at every other coffee shop I've been to. Such a simple, but amazing thing she's offering! Thank you for the great coffee, service, and experience for my fiancé and I! We will be back even though we live in Wausau. Worth...

The barista was very nice, but she did not give us what we ordered and the drinks we recieved were not made well. Also, it took a really long time to recieve the our order. I ordered a 16oz ice coffee with a sweetened cold cream topper and I got a small rocks glass with sweetened half/half on the side.
