This location, 81st and Harlem, has no concept of customer service. I ordered online to walk in. When I arrived, I pulled in the drive-thru to ask them to hand it out the window instead of me coming in. I was told that was against policy. I said ok, I want to change my order from walk-in to curbside. I had already received an email confirmation that my order was ready. They said yes, after much hesitation, and I gave them the color, make and model of my car and said I would pull into a curbside slot. After waiting for a few minutes, another car arrived, they waited a couple of minutes, and their meal was brought out to them, but nothing for me. I waited an additional 5 minutes, because I had my dog in the car and did not want to leave him, before I had had enough and went in for my order. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault it took so long for them to bring the order out and that they brought his out since he checked in correctly on the app. I have never seen someone do their job so poorly and have the true audacity to try and justify their actions at the cost of the customer in front of a full restaurant. I am against giving a bad review for one visit, but the responses of the whole crew were just unbelievably poor in the face of their obvious mismanagement of the situation by the manager. Stay away. Oh, and after all that I got home and realized they hadn't given me croutons or cheese in the French Onion soup. Which is a strange soup, as I have never seen French Onion soup with a tomato/vegetable component to the broth. To me, not a favorably strange change, so be warned it isn't like in most...
Read moreAlways love the food but this location made way too many mistakes I got a sandwich with paper still attached to the cheese missing items multiple times the staff that was there dint even bother apologizing that I just ate half of the paper from the cheese slice A little update so my husband and I decided to give it another try since this location is the closes to our house well that went horribly wrong again but this time we dint purchase anything just simply walked out we went there on 11/05/2022 it was around 830pm we wanted to buy dinner for the whole family so our first thing was broccoli cheddar bread soup the cashier told us we have no bread for it but yet there was two carts full of them she told us that's for tomorrow not today ok so we decided ok let's get some sandwiches well every sandwich that we wanted she told is one they dint have chicken other no chipotle sauce another no avocado so I asked her so what do u guys have we planned on feeding a family of 5 and now we have to change and go put our money else where it's sad because I knew she was lying at least about half of the stuff she said they dint have won't be back to that location ever again...
Read moreWent in drive thru. She couldn't hear me 3 or 4 times. I speak fluent English. Then I get to window. A kid hands me a bag. As I put it down he says I thought she paid. Then says to me, hey check to see if there is bread or chips in there. I look and its not my order. I hand it back and then a woman comes collects my bill and hands me my bag. I get home and the turkey sandwich is literally falling apart. Looks like it was randomly thrown together, then I look its not even turkey its chicken! I call and speak to Valerie the manager. She apologizes and knows the employees I informed her about. States the guy is a sandwich guy and shouldn't even be at the window, and she will make sure he stays at his station. For my troubles she will send me a gift card for 2 free meals. Then I get a survey in email which is common. I fill it out explaining the situation. A guy from the store calls me stating he is the manager apologizes as well and takes my address again to make sure I get the gift cards. 3 weeks later still no gift cards.
