first off, Don (an employee), very frantic and does not seem to do well under his own stress. Before getting to us (we were selling) he asked who was in line and being me and a friend who were unsure we simply volunteered. He comes over to begin and instantly goes to some other guy and tells us no we are not, no professionalism there. The environment was easy going but when he got to us he was all over the place and acting like a chicken who had lost its head. Thankfully, George, came over to help don. George was very helpful, calm, polite, and a whole lot more professional. On the other hand don continued to make unnecessary remarks about small inconveniences that did not matter, he still gave us a price and did his job. Just not a great experience.

secondly, their pricing is cheap. they buy for cheap to turn around and sell it 2-3x the price. i google where other places would sell the item and might as well make...

I got a 100 dollar loan from them and left my brothers 1000 dollar fender stratocaster that he left me when he died, for collateral. And when I went to pick it up they told me that they could not locate it and to come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and they told me it was due 3 days ago on Friday, therefore you lost your guitar. And Bob the manager passed away a year or so later and a friend of his told me that he had big guitar collection and when I told him what I went through, he said that sounds like something Bob would do. E z pawn has been in business along time they know how to scam you and its legal. And I don't need them to reply to my review just to tell me they're sorry that I had a bad experience. I still do business there because where I live you don't have much of a choice if you need a quick loan.if you have something really valuable do not trust them with it. Thank you...

Stillwater EZPAWN is the best pawn shop I have ever been to. And i have been to a lot of them. They take pride in there job and there store. The customer service is amazing, even when they are supper busy. I was in a bind and I brought some stuff in just to get bills paid. They seen what I had, asked what I needed and got right on it. They couldn't give all I wanted but it was supper close after they working there magic for an honest man. Anyways, I went back today to get my stuff back. Once again it was awsome. Good conversation my stuff was in good shape. Hell they even gave my good deals on the stuff I bought from them. Big shout out to Billy and Don, two great...
