McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Stillwater

I recently visited McAlister's Deli, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The highlight of my visit was the Smokey Pepper Jack Turkey Sandwich, which was absolutely delicious. The combination of tender turkey, zesty pepper jack cheese, and the perfect amount of smokiness made every bite a flavor explosion. It's definitely a must-try!

And let's not forget their Good Country Sweet Tea, which happens to be my favorite too. It's the ideal companion to any meal - sweet, refreshing, and always hits the spot.

I walked in at 2:30-3:00 pm today and picked up some food. It’s always been really great. Talked to one server about how I don’t look my age and the comedy of it, overall a really friendly guy. I wanna say they accidentally said the wrong name when asking for the pick up, I say this because I’d much rather have that than them leaving my food to the side when it was ready (the receipt had the correct name) I say this because my Mac n’ Cheese was cold. One of the female servers said my name for the pick and I got up and grabbed it from her, while she had a smile on her face I could tell something was really bugging her, I’d recommend talking to her so someone can help her out emotionally in the case that maybe something at home may be bothering her or something at work. Sadly I didn’t get her name. She was a little short with blonde hair. The other male server I talked about was tall, blonde and I believe his name starts with an a, like Arthur or something similar. I've been to this McAlister's twice and both times I have had the worst experience, but today knocked it out of the park! Since I am not familiar with this particular McAlister, I drove by their drive thru, waiting 12 minutes in line before reaching the window to be told that I have to order online. The girl didn't offer to take my order and have me go to the back of the line, she simply dismissed me. So I drive around to the parking lot, placed my order online, and got back in line. My receipt said my lunch would be ready by 12:28pm. Mind you I am on my 1 hr lunch break from 12pm-1pm. I received my food at 12:47pm just in time to drive back to work, where I am UNABLE to eat. This is beyond upsetting. At this point, it doesn't even matter if their food is "Good, Great, etc.." the experience completely makes you not enjoy your meal any longer.
