Panera Bread — Restaurant in Stillwater

Always messing up something... I threw in the towel a year ago on this location. I wouldn't have bothered yesterday had I not been given a gift card a few weeks ago. I even placed my order online to be sure it was rung up right as I knew I was making changes. The first time I got my order I'm not sure that chick making them could even read smh. The end result gave me basically a grilled cheese panini ... Regular mozzarella on focaccia... Nothing else ... I took it back and wanted it remade... Which they did ... And claimed they tripple checked.... Well they did get the tomato sofrito, fresh basil, pesto and a miniscule amount of fresh mozzarella ( seriously like half of a small thin slice pulled into 2 quarter sized portions one on each side of the sandwich ) for the amount of up charge they charge there should be at least 2 whole round slices... That aside, I get home and its STILL missing the fresh sliced tomato and the feta ( which was one of the few things that should have been left on after removing the other, I guess they dont know their own menu )... At this point I'm so fed up I didn't even bother going back a third time, even if I had they had made sure to keep my receipt when they remade it... Would have had to pull up the online order and go through a bunch more bs... Just ate what I could of the panini considering how lacking in everything and dry it was. Threw the rest out with the trash where it belonged. They are completely incompetent as far as I'm concerned. That was my first trip there in over a year ( the last 2 times before this that I've eaten at this location were similar experiences) and I definitely won't be back... If they had at least been busy I would have understood the first time... Maybe.... But the second?? Smh.... save the effort and go to a different location in a...

When I first arrived I went in to the rest room and went in to the stall. Some one had urinated on the toilet seat and floor so I ended up using the urinal. As I was using the rest room a store employee went in to the stall and I figured it would be cleaned up. I then came out and made my order. I got unsweetened black tea and when I took a drink it tasted like it had soap in it. My wife said it tasted like the smell of a bathroom. I told the staff and then took my son to the bathroom. To my surprise it had not been cleaned yet. It had been 5-10 minutes since I was in there. I came out and another employee who had tasted the tea had brought the manager to me. (The manager was the employee that had been in the rest room and saw the human waste on the floor! There were plenty of employees taking orders out that could have handled cleaning duties.) He looked at me and actually said, "no one else has complained about it." Whether or not anyone had said anything, that is the complete wrong way to handle the situation. Before I said anything to get myself and my family removed from the store, I walked away and finished my food and left. I saw the manager take a drink and kind of make a face. They emptied the container and removed it. The night manager looked like a middle aged man with glasses. Didn't get his name since I was frustrated. I've only eaten Panera Bread a few times and really like it, but I certainly won't return to this one...

My wife and I went to get lunch during our lunch break. We actually had the worst service there. The lady taking our order was very rude. I don't remember her name, but she had a really scratchy voice. We ordered our food, and we noticed the price was a lot more than what it used to be, and we asked about it. The 2-piece deal does not include the two and that it is extra to order the second one apparently. It used to be around $8 or $9, but we found it was over $13. The lady failed to explain, and she rudely said, "Well, I've been here for three years, and I've never heard of that deal. Well, she wasn't there long enough, and she didn't explain how the deal worked very well. Overall, the so-called deal is not a deal. We ended up just cancelling our order and she rudely grabbed my wife's water cup back (I understand water is free in this country). We ended up not eating lunch and had to get back to work. Panera bread just ruined our lunch break. I don't think we will be going back again, and I don't recommend going to this Panera...
