I have been to this Subway location more than ten times this past few months and here are my observations.
This place is filthy. I have seen flies over the produce and landing on my sandwich when I sit down to eat. The floors are stinky and I feel like never get cleaned. They "clean" them at the end of the day and they get really dirty during day and it looks like no one cleans the lobby during the day.
The crew is always changing and they definitely need a lot more training. During my trips I have ordered the same sandwich, a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Constant corrections and about half the time they never asked me to toast it. The service is quite slow, not a fault of the crew, this is definitely due to lack of management oversight.
Also, something to note about the crew, is that about a third of the time, I only see one of the crews during my visit. This leads to long lines and online orders piling up. Where are the other associates? In the back or on break during the dinner rush. Definitely need some supervision or something.
Basically, this restaurant is always dirty, constantly understaff/underhanded, and the food is just like every other Subway. Nothing come out to me as a positive. You should order from the other Subway across the highway, that way you will know that your food is...
Read moreFraudulent. I placed an order on the 4th of July for pick up in the subway app. Upon arrival there was a sign that said they were closing at 8 pm and would refund orders in the morning. I was never refunded. They stole my money and didn’t make an effort to make things right. They are fully capable of turning off their online ordering system if they do decide to close at 8 pm earlier than advertised. They made zero effort to make it right causing me lot of inconvenience.
