This will be the last time we are eating at this Pancheros! First strike, delivery order, they delivered the wrong order, not completely their fault. But still they could have done better. We had to spend our own time and money to drive there to get the correct order. Second strike, we decided to give them another chance after a few months, and delivery order again.. Food came cold and rice was uncooked!! It was crunchy and powdery. It was really bad! We called them and they said they will make a new batch of rice but we have to wait another 20-30mins, and then we have to again spend our own money and time, to drive there to pick up the new order. Went there after waiting for 30mins, and it's still not done! And I have to wait there for another 20mins! By the time we got our food, we ate at 3pm! 3rd strike, again after another few months, thinking that there will be improvements. Giving them another go today, ordered a delivery order. The black beans is not fully cooked, and still a little crunchy. My husband's order was not made correctly. And the cherry on top of it all, half way through my burrito, I found plastic pieces in it! The salsa was good, but the rest was so salty I didn't finish it before leaving and heading to crisp and green. If you are going to have an open kitchen, you better keep it tidy and clean. Period, zero excuses. There is no excuse for a filthy dining room either. A broom and mop needs to go all the way under the tables, windows clean. Tables need to be cleaned after guests leave. It's not rocket science, it's food service. If your staff has time to visit, they have time to clean. Speaking of staff, the two I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I feel it is essential that I feel this isn't a staff issue, it's poor management. If this was a franchise that I owned, and I had walked in as if I was a new customer, I would have been disappointed as I am writing this review. Unfortunately, I will not be back. If this was a place that was still new and working out the kinks, I would give it another shot, but this was pretty bad..

The food quality is terrifying. The cheese dip had hardening over it meaning that it was sitting out for hours on end. The japalenos were raw, the cooked veggies were mush and the meat was questionable.
I paid almost 30 dollars for a bowl and a burrito - NO MEAL. I understand fast casual pricing is different than fast food, but when you are paying for fast casual, you would hope the food taste and quality would be better. Was also basically cold immediately after leaving the store. Subpar at best.
Food safety concerns. People were serving food then handling money, etc. Did not feel sanitary at all.
The staff is unprofessional. I mentioned something about the price and I saw them all whispering and laughing about me when I left.
