Heritage Embroidery and Design — Local services in Stillwater

I have unfortunately been a repeat customer of Heritage and have had an absolute horrible experience from a customer service standpoint every single time. This is the first time I have ever taken time to right a review and feel that this might save some one from the frustration we have experienced regularly. The actual product is good but do not expect it to come in on time EVER. Do not be misled by working with a manger because they will assure you a date but will not execute on that, you will likely make multiple phone calls or trips because they continue to provide dates they have no intention of keeping. I advise you not to use them and support a smaller venue with better customer service. We have had great success with Strauss Bike and Skate, well worth the short drive for less...

In my two purchasing experiences with Heritage I can confirm that they WILL NOT DELIVER ON TIME. As Michelle said, they promise dates that the order will be done by but continually fail to follow through. My most recent order arrived more than three months late! In addition when my team tried to order matching sweatshirts only about half the team got them because Heritage ran out of stock and could not get more, extremely frustrating! I will never do business here...

The bad reviews surprise me. Heritage has done a bunch of my kids' high school sports apparel over the years, and we never had one problem. My daughter put a hole in her hockey team sweats recently and I had to order a new pair past the ordering window.
