Five Below — Local services in Stillwater

I was excited to go to 5 below never been to one I had visit this location wanted to look for a particular item that a friend of mine got at one of the locations. The vibe of the store was dry and dead and so are the co workers or Co worker who claim that everyone is on lunch including the manager. The young kid act like he didn't want to assist me nor help me just by his body language and demeanor. I first asked him on where I can find a particular item that I'm looking for he didn't know anything about the store or where anything was at. I than asked him is their a manager on duty or another co worker that can help me that has better knowledge on anything around the store everybody is on lunch as he stated. This was the only and worst first experience I ever had at this store and I would never visit this location ever again first time...

I usually spend alot of money there no less than$50. Today I was really disappointed and upset on how we were treated. As I'm checking my things out the table starts dropping pieces here and there I said something to the cashier and she said oh its just the stoppers for the bottom of the table. And she said something to my child. I knew there was a reason I wanted to get a different table but I wasn't allowed to well I get the thing home not only is it missing about 3 bolts the rest of them are rusted out it scratched my legs up so bad so I tried to call to let them know they should check all the tables so nobody else gets hurt and they won't even answer the phone the automated lady hangs up on you. I personally really like this store. I've always been greeted when walking into the store and the staff has been helpful if I'm looking for something in particular. Everything is $5.00 or less. It has become a go to place for buying kids birthday gifts. It seems like you can find something for everyone there. I also like how the selection changes with the seasons but there always seems to be some staples that include cell phone chargers and protective products, nail polish, a good candy selection and some sort of games. I've found some fun pillows, books and even blue tooth speakers there. I have also had a good experience when having to return something because I bought the wrong style for my phone.
