First Off, subs are great. but my experience going through the drive thru the past 2 times have not been a great experience and the last visit being the worst. I know that this is a new location and the people are still learning but they need to learn some better customer service when dealing with there customers. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Sub and I wanted chips and a drink with it. Well clearly on the middle of the order screen it says COMBO Add Chip and Drink I said that and they acknowledged that by asking me what chips I want and What drink I want ok. I get around and I just get the sub and chips. I pay for it and it like they dismiss me. Had to knock on the window asking about my drink. The Girl looked confused. so she stepped away and said where I can hear her and said to a co worker can you come deal with this guy. the guy asks what's the problem. I ordered a combo sub chips and drink. The Man said they really don't have combo's and I'm thinking what. He must not really understand the concept of a combo when it clearly states what it is on there drive thru window. Well I'm just venting on my last experience. So all I am saying is that they need to work on some customer service with the younger people that are inexperience at working with people period. still great...
Read moreOrdered diet coke due to my wife being Type I diabetic. Saw the employee pour regular coke into the cup and serve it. Asked if the drink was diet coke (which is what was ordered), employee said emphatically that it was diet coke. Told employee that she poured regular coke, not diet. Employee deep sighed, rolled her eyes and then remade the drink, correctly this time.
I guess getting the order correct is too much to ask. But, the thing is, had my wife drank that regular coke unknowingly (meaning, without taking extra insulin for the sugar content) it would have spiked her blood glucose. This in turn could have sent her to the hospital if it started a BG trend that she could not get to lower. Which THEN in turn could've caused her to go into DKA which is a medical emergency for Type I diabetics. This is truly an awful situation. Had the employee just said, opps.. sorry.. that would've been fine. But no, they were demonstrably combative and made a statement that very well could've been a flat out lie. All because they didn't want to remake the drink. Unacceptable. I personally will not return to this establishment if I do not have to. They could've f* my wife all because of a...
Read moreFreaky fast? Not hardly. Yesterday we ordered lunch. My work is 2 miles from this location. It took almost an hour to get our sandwiches (they forgot to deliver the chips and drinks). We tried 3 times to call the store and no one answered the phone. After contacting corporate customer service (twice). it took an additional 36 minutes to get the remaining of the order which was paid for. I requested a refund of my prepaid tip due to the lack of customer service and was told by management that I would get a call back after the lunch rush as they didn't have time to deal with it at that moment. You guessed it...no call and no refund. Lesson learned...no tip until it is earned. I will be going into the location personally to discuss this with management and I can promise there are other sandwich shops with better quality food that I will provide my patronage In the future. The only reason Jimmy Johns got my order in the first place was the promise of Freaky fast delivery and if they can't provide it, then what's the point? That, coupled with the complete lack of concern to respond to the customer as promised, is enough to say...
