I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received today, October 11, 2023. I have been to this place over 20 times order the same exact thing every time shrimp tacos. I have not eaten meat in 10 years. The waitress accidentally gave me pork tacos when I’ve bit into the taco I realize that it was not what I ordered immediately handed it back to her and told her that I cannot eat meat I ordered shrimp. She tried to charge me $8 more dollars for shrimp tacos which I’ve never paid this high before. She insisted that I eat the pork tacos. I advised her that I did not want the pork tacos. I cannot eat them. She refused to remake shrimp tacos unless I paid her an additional $8 which would cost me $22 for 4 tacos, I requested her to refund me my money and I’ll never come back. She started speaking Spanish and allowed a perfectly good paying consistent customer to walk out the door.

Her refusing to give me what I ordered is horrible customer service. It was a honest mistake but she didn’t handle it...

My honest review I tried the torta de milanesa when they had barely opened up and I was very disappointed, the first time my torta only had meat on one side it was a very small piece of meat and it was breaded because that’s what milanesa is (breaded steak!). I didn’t get full I fealt it was a waste of money for what I got. So today I tried to give it another chance and I was like there’s a different cook it’ll be better this time hopefully! Nope! The same torta I order the meat was so hard to chew and bite a piece off. my whole torta was falling apart and worst of all it wasn’t even breaded! I NEVER ASKED FOR ASADA OR BISTEC. It was again disappointing! No I will not be a returning customer the quality of the meat was so trash!

Horrible . I walked into literally an empty establishment. The woman never said hello. I was in there before the phone started to ring. She literally picked up the phone still not acknowledging I was there. After she hung up she finally said some ish which I don’t know what she said. So I asked her …”you can’t say hello?”. I asked twice and she finally said hi: I got Birria tacos and Birria quesadilla. It was mid…. They don’t grill the tacos so it was soggy , barely any cheese . The flavor was great but the rude treatment I will never be back. Can barely speak a lick of English and absolutely rude. Never again. I will pay $50 for a better experience and only 3 tacos.
