We have ordered from this establishment at least 4 times in the past. The food was ok (not the greatest), and we enjoyed the convenience of delivery. Customer service hasn't been spectacular, but not any worse that you'd expect from a pizza delivery place. WELL... A LOT HAS CHANGED, all in one phone call. We decided to use the online ordering this time. Well, after the charge hit our credit card, we received a call that they don't deliver to us, a wapping 9.6 miles away. My fiance was told that there manager just told them they deliver that far anymore, and it would take a few days before our money would be returned. So, as I am over-the -top heated, I decide to call back. I told them I'd like to speak to the manager. I was told they weren't there. I said that's funny seeing as what my fiance was told. I asked when did they change their delivery distance, the first lady who clearly had no clue what tf she was saying said they've never delivered that far. So then I asked for someone who had been there and knew what they were talking about. Anyway, speaking to the next person wasn't any better, she was hella rude. There wasn't once an apology or attempt to make the situation right. Their delivery minimum is now 8 miles, yeah right. Who the hell makes 8 miles the magical number. I don't believe anything these "ladies" said and will be calling the manager tomorrow. Needles to say we will not be giving them our business.    Read morePlaced my first and last order at Pizza Day here in Stockbridge and it wasnât what I was expecting. I definitely read the comments as I do before I visit new places and this one definitely tricked me for sure lol. I ordered a Large Supreme Pizza with Cheese Sticks and the onions on the pizza was regular white onions which was undone by the way not the purple onions I was expecting. I ordered Pan and it was hand-tossed with waaaayyyy too much cheese on it. I sat there about 10mins at the front and had to bring it to here attention that I was ready to place my order while they checked there work schedules on the computer right in front of me. So it wasnât that they didnât see me they just were horseplaying around. Once I got home we only touched two slices on that pizza and one cheese stick before we decided to âtrash itâ. My husband went back out and got Zaxbys something you canât go wrong with! This is what I get for trying new spots! $18.17 gone down the drain. It wasnât even worth taking back.    Read moreI ordered from them yesterday and placed an order that was over $40. I made a human error and pushed a small pizza instead of a large, I'll admit that. Less than 3 minutes later I call them to correct the error and willing to pay the difference and maybe a little more for delivery fee, even though they had already charged me the delivery fee. The small pizza was 9.99 and the large was 15.99 ( simple math, $6 difference). Mind you I ordered other items as well. The only error was the pizza. Why couldn't this matter be resolved by charging me the difference? and I'll even give you the little extra for my human error, but NO!!!! They wanted to charge an additional $21.07. Are you crazy?!!! It's simple math and definitely not a way to treat a customer that was a frequent regular. My money is still green and will be spent elsewhere. Furthermore, ED sounded like he was going to catch an attitude when I simply asked for his name, if my refund wasn't processed. Very POOR service. Due to this I can't recommend them to anyone....
