A Sweet Symphony for the Senses at Caked By Petite: A Place Even Keith Lee Would Love
My recent visit to Caked By Petite was a delightful experience that left an indelible mark on my culinary journey. I couldn't help but think that even the discerning food critic Keith Lee would be enamored by the exceptional pastries and unparalleled customer service offered at this charming establishment.
Upon entering the cozy bakery, I was immediately embraced by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The team at Caked By Petite truly understands the essence of customer service, evident in the friendly smiles, great energy, and genuine enthusiasm that filled the space. Their passion for the craft was palpable, creating an environment that felt more like a gathering of friends than a simple transaction.
The ambiance was elevated by a thoughtfully curated playlist that filled the air with upbeat tunes, adding an extra layer of joy to the entire experience. It's a rare find to encounter a place where the staff's passion extends beyond the kitchen, but Caked By Petite has mastered the art of creating a holistic and delightful atmosphere.
Now, let's delve into the stars of the show - the cupcakes and cakes. What sets Caked By Petite apart is not just the outstanding Sweet Potato Pie cupcake, but the diverse array of flavors catering to every taste bud. From classic red velvet to innovative combinations like coffe cream cake and apple pie, the bakery boasts a menu that showcases their commitment to culinary creativity.
The cupcake of the month, the Sweet Potato Pie, was a revelation. With the first bite, I was transported to a world of flavor that danced on my taste buds. The impeccable balance of sweetness and spice, along with the moist texture, was a testament to the bakery's dedication to quality ingredients and craftsmanship. The Sweet Potato Pie cupcake is undeniably a culinary masterpiece that deserves its place on a pedestal.
My only regret? My wife and I purchased a half dozen cupcakes but after trying the Sweet Potato Pie cupcake I quickly realize we made the mistake of purchasing only one Sweet Potato Pie cupcake instead of a dozen. The delightful blend of autumnal flavors left me yearning for more, and I can only imagine the bliss that would come from savoring these cupcakes in abundance.
In my culinary imagination, I can almost hear Keith Lee, the renowned food critic, singing praises for Caked By Petite. The pastries are a testament to the mastery of flavors, and the customer service is an embodiment of warmth and passion. If a critic of Keith Lee's caliber were to visit, I have no doubt he would fall in love with the sweet symphony that is Caked By Petite, where exceptional pastries and outstanding customer service converge in a...
Read morePlease BELIEVE the 1 star reviews about very dry, small, basic taste at best, anything pertaining to the cupcakes quality & taste, I've had better @Publix! I visited here to see what the hype was about! Very disappointed, $4.50 per cupcake they were ALL indeed small, very dry, the red velvet had the coco taste, the blue velvet tasted the same just blue, key lime was dry, didn't taste good, cookie on top with icing didn't taste good, the icing was hard on all of them and tasted store bought, none of them were fresh baked. The trash ate them, I took one bite of each. I'm assuming the POSITIVE reviews are family, friends, or PAID. Maybe the cakes are better but in a business all products should be FRESH & of good quality. If these are truly homemade cupcakes, all of the recipes should be revisited because these are not it! These are actually the worst I have had in a long time! The cupcakes are either store bought or a bad choice YouTube recipe. Lil baby products were more than likely FREE, made FRESH, & used for promo reasons & probably PAID but people save your time and money on Caked by Petite. Not worth the visit! Unless, she really changes her recipe & find a better way to store the cupcakes to retain moisture not just in a OPEN back display case that is air exposed 24/7. I'm glad I was able to get this place off my bucket list, I will not be visiting again! Businesses have to keep in mind customer satisfaction & be mindful that if customers don't shop they don't make money. We deserve fresh products! Don't expect business for offering very low quality products. I see why caked by Petite was almost out of business..tiktok saved this business & Lil baby. Nothing has changed, she just advertise now but the cupcakes are not it. I'll stick with Publix or my usual baking contacts! It will definitely be a FIRST and last for those of you that decide to get your...
Read moreI am not a huge sweets person and when I am in the mood, I enjoy red velvet cake, which is always hard to find one that tastes good and w/o cocoa, which most restaurants and bakeries (that I have seen) put in theirs, so I've gotten to the point where I don't even try them. I've only known 1 person that did it without cocoa and it was the best. I lost contact with that person and found a bakery that made it just as good, then the bakery closed. I decided on a whim to try this place b/c they were next door to a beauty supply store that I was in. They did not have any red velvet cupcakes when I went, so I decided to try the strawberry cupcake and the cookie cupcake (I think that is what it's called- the one that doesn't have chocolate in it) and they were both AMAZING. Here comes the good part- I had to meet someone in the area again and decided to go back to see if they had red velvet this time; they did and I was speechless on how good that red velvet cupcake was- moist, fluffy, and light. If they are putting cocoa in it, they are hiding it very well lol b/c oh my goodness that is hands down THE BEST RED VELVET CUPCAKE I HAVE EVER HAD (and I mean better than the ones I mentioned before that were my favorite)!! Needless to say, I have finally found a bakery that knows how to perfect a red velvet cake, so thank you Caked...
