I placed an online order at 4:37pm and was emailed that the pickup time would be 4:47pm. I arrived at the location at around 4:50pm. I walked to the online order pickup spot and there was no food there. I went to the main line and waited for the cashier to finish with the folks in front of me. There were four. When it was my turn, I let the young lady with the bright red braids know that I had a pickup order. She said “The pickup place is right there.” I told her I waited in line to speak with her because there was no food there. She walked off without speaking to me. I moved to the side so she could help the four people behind me. While I waited, one employee walked in front of me. I had to move back to avoid being hit. She didn’t say excuse me or anything. She came back in the door, and the same thing happened. No “Excuse me” while walking in front of me. I waited approximately 25 minutes before one of the blue shirt employees spoke to me. All the while, the employees in the front of the kitchen were acting extremely unprofessionally. The floor was so sticky that it took off one of my shoes when I walked up. They hollered for the kitchen to get my order at least three times. They told me - after all eight of the other customers in front and behind me, not to mention the drive through - that my order would be up in two minutes because they were waiting for fresh tenders. At this point, I had had enough. I asked them why I had to wait when I ordered before everyone else they had served? I was told by Zaxby’s that my order would be ready at 4:47, and here it was, 5:17 and I didn’t have anything yo show for it. They told me they could give me 10% off of my meal or some cookies. I didn’t want either of those. I wanted an answer. They told me that they were in between shift change, but they don’t know why I hadn’t received my order, nor did it seem as if they cared much. They told me they didn’t have an answer for me. When my food finally came up, it was placed in the mobile area with no apology from any of the employees. This was, by far, too five worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I understand the times we are in.l, but that does not excuse the poor behavior and terrible customer service that I received. It doesn’t excuse the sticky floors. Read moreI visited this restaurant on January the 2nd 2025 at 5:20 p.m. I purchased $23 worth of food, on one sandwich I requested extra cheese and extra bacon I purchased my food and moved up and while in the parking lot I noticed there was no cheese nor bacon on my sandwich, so I called the number that was on my receipt. No one answered. I kept calling and calling and calling, no one picked up. So I noticed there was an order taker that was outside taking orders for the drive-thru (this employee had a orange long ponytail) I began to tell her my complaint and she assured me that somebody would come out with the extra cheese and bacon. I did not need a whole sandwich redone because my food was still hot at this time. I waited, no one came out. I then had to get back into the long line and go up to the cashier and (this cashier had piercings in her nose) I told her my concern and I noticed that the order taker who I originally told my complaint to was then making drinks behind the counter with the cashier, I proceeded to ask the cashier on why didn't the order take her come out to me with the cheese and the bacon? The order taker just stared at me, I then asked the order taker could I please be given her name and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and she rolled her eyes to her cashier and walked away. I then proceeded to ask the cashier what the order takers name was and the cashier says that she doesn't remember her name. I then asked the cashier what was HER name (since she obviously wants to protect the order taker and she proceeded to nervously just close the window door. I saw them all huddled in the restaurant talking to the actual cook to get me my cheese and bacon, I decided to just leave because now my food was cold. I actually ended up throwing my food out from being so disgusted with how I was treated. So, this is how we handle complaints at the restaurant? Is this how the staff is trained? Read moreI was told to go up to Zaxby's at Hudson bridge road in Stockbridge Georgia at 1:00 p.m. to bring my resume and talk to the hiring manager. I got there at 12:30. When I arrive there was greeted by a African-American lady with a blue with a blue shirt on.when I told her the reason why I was there she rolled her eyes and look to the left and then she said and I quote the hiring managers in the back I'll go let her know you're out here have a seat. I've had a seat and for approximately half an hour I waited mind you I had to pay a ride $20 to see about getting to see about getting a job.the lady after 30 minutes told me oh let me go remind her that you're out here. Then she came back with a paper told me to write my number down somebody being contact with you and I will give it to her. I feel like this was very unprofessional. and so as the day went on I thought about it and I called back up there and I proceeded to talk to another manager and she told me well there was only one manager that worked today. That hiring manager she worked today. I don't understand why this manager ( the one I talked to face to face. lied to me made me waste my money and she told me a bold-faced lie.
