Crazy Crab Stockbridge — Restaurant in Stockbridge

We frequent this restaurant at least once a month. My honey usually orders wings and fries, sometimes the shrimp and fish. I usually order wings and fries or the crab cakes and plain fried rice. They used to serve fried or grilled pork chops and they were so good. They have since removed this item, guess I was the only one ordering. We like the menu items and hope to try other items as time passes. We have not had any issues untill yesturday August 26, 2025, I assume the server did not hear when I stated I wanted plain fried rice and she brought out shrimp fried rice. I told her I ordered plain fried rice, I am allergic to shrimp, why would I order shrimp fried rice? She then proceeds to go get the check where she wrote shrimp fried rice and said maybe I meant to say plain. I again explained to her why would I order shrimp fried rice if I am allergic to shrimp, you just heard wrong. The issue was quickly taken care of by the owner. Next time the server need not try to correct her mistake by telling the customer they were wrong. That was not the proper way to handle the situation. If I were with my Honey and not my Mother, I would have walked out. We like this restaurant and we would like to keep coming back. 1st and Last visit . Ordered food online and placed order literally sitting in the parking lot. Received confirmation number and time to pickup . No option to pay for food prior to pickup you have to pay in store . The restaurant will continuous call you to make sure you are at the right location as soon as you place an order ONLINE . It’s unprofessional and insulting like a grown person is slow and can’t pick the right location online. If you are worried about people just placing orders and not picking up the food have a prepay option on the website . Then they only make the Togo order when you actually arrive to pick up within the allotted time for completion. So unprofessional and I will not be back. The food lacked flavor , was like a thick gravy with house sauce and they automatically put lemon and limes in the bag with your boil . Everyone doesn’t like lemon . I don’t want my food with fruit and seeds in it and tasting like lemon. I’ve tried many crab places across the nation and NEVER seen a bag like that . The shrimp were overcooked and rubbery . Love the food but don't like how the owner treats his staff. He's very demeaning and vile to them.

TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER: You don't know your clients? I have ate there several times with my spouse and children, as well as ordered pick up. I stopped eating there after watching you berate a white waitress while she was trying to tend to us out at our tabie. I have photos I took that night, if you'd like, I can make this a bigger post and take the complaint to the BBB and EEOC. Also, I work for an attorney, so sue me for witnessing your vile actions and I'll laugh as the judge orders you to pay my attorneys fees, and you're proved to be vile employer when your employees are subpoenaed as my witnesses to testify.
