Horrible customer service! Had my kids went inside to order me the Supreme Green Tea with popping boba, tried it once they got in the car and the mango tasted rotten (I had it previously, and it was refreshing, so I thought to get it again). Went inside myself to get a replacement drink, and the cashier was going to make me a new drink until she went to the back, another girl had a talk with her, the cashier came back and said per Franchise policy (mind you, there was no visible policy around us) "we cannot make you a new drink or a different drink." I told her they can't honor me a new drink since the mango drink tasted rotten (overly ripped as she claimed it to be after both of them tried it. She poured a little for me to try and it still tasted rottent). She said "No, I'm not going to argue with you or make this a big deal, but per Franchise policy we can't make you a new drink because it tasted fine to us. I can put more ice in there but we can't make you a new drink." Sadly, I had them toss my mango drink out and ordered myself another Mung Bean Pandan Latte (which was another drink (had it previously as well and was delicious) my kids ordered along with Chizu Strawberry Green Tea) because I really wanted a refreshing drink in this hot weather. Throughout this whole time I wasn't being rude, I was baffled that they don't honor their customers complaints for something as small as replacing another drink that doesn't taste rotten. Will I go back? Probably because they do have really good drinks there, but wouldn't order the mango...
Read moreStarting out, I bring my girls here all the time. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place. I’ve even catered my daughters party with their doughnuts. The last couple times I’ve came in the service had been hostile. We came in today to get a drink and some doughnuts. I was ordering our items on their touch screen menu. The menu was glitching and not responding to touch really. So I got our order put in and also left a tip. We got our drinks and my oldest daughters was not right. It had multiple toppings in it, I told her I did not order all of those toppings. She said that’s what the order I put in said. I said oh the screen was giving me a little bit of trouble maybe that’s why, “I smiled and laughed”. I know it was my fault, but the comment she made was very bad costumer service. She said I needed to check my order and that those toppings aren’t for everybody, she said that she “could” have remade it for me. I said well you still “could”? She walked away, I had to ask her to come back to get my doughnuts also. I’ve worked in places like this if there’s a misunderstanding or issue with the costumers order I would always make it right. I threw the drink away it was disgusting. We will not be going back and I will be letting my family and other people I know that come here...

They had to help a customer ahead of me with their order at the kiosk & was very unpleasant to the customer, walked right in front of me to get to them, did not say excuse me - no manners just seemed upset they had to help someone. Got our drinks, no boba in them?! The place is literally called Bober! Wasn't aware you needed to add it at the kiosk as it has so many options, some we had no idea what they even were - but was put off to ask for help as the workers watch you in confusion, they literally avoid you.
