First time in years since I've been back. We went for the new $19.99 deal after seeing two different reviews of the Cheese burger. We were the first in for lunch. I got the burger my son got the crispy chicken sandwich. I forgot to change the cheese to cheddar because as I mentioned in another review, I seriously don't like American cheese on burgers. The combination of the salt from the cheese and the vinegar almost pushed my salt flavor limit. But ultimately it was great. But... The soft pillowy brioche bun was dry, unfortunately it was the same in one of the reviews I watched. The wedged fries were AWESOME. The wedged fries were the best I've had in year's, but the side of ranch might have helped though. Pillowy inside though. The ketchup bottle was empty, so I was grateful when I seen the ranch came free on the side. I sat the ketchup bottle on the edge to be refilled but was passed up for drink refills. I noticed the ranch and put the ketchup back. After we order, the crowd flooded in. It took a moment to get our food but was worth it.y son took a bit of this chicken sandwich and the juice flew out, as well did my burger. Experience, 8.2 out of 10. Food was 8.9 out of 10 (due to the bun and American cheese, otherwise it would have been a 9.2). Service was an 8.9 out of 10.she was on it, but the empty ketchup and totally passing it up. But she was on it when people flooded in by herself. But take in account we were first for lunch. Also, your tip depends on my drink never being empty. (Worked in the food industry all my working years.) $21.74 total and a $5 tip suggested was $4.70 for 22% gratuity. So... Definitely going again for the wedged fries and to try the burger again without cheese or with cheddar cheese instead. My son said he liked the chicken sandwich over Chili's slightly too. The burger and chicken sandwich look smaller than Chili's chicken and smasher burger, but I actually got full full. MSG?, because with soup, more fries and the smasher at Chili's including the cheesecake I leave thinking about the $1 taco truck on March ln passing Food4Less. But I was halfway done with this burger when I fell stuffed forcing myself to finish because I don't take leftovers home. (Evidence 😉). As I mentioned I would come for the wedges fries alone, and ranch, definitely together. Wide open plenty of seating and TVs. Seat yourself when we went. Put that in because my son picked a spot where we were alone and three guys came up and sat right behind us with the whole restaurant open at that time. So much for a quit lunch... Restaurant, it was a joke. But still, right next to us in a fully open restaurant? Why? I kind of wanted to see what they call street taco's sometime. In the end, well worth it.

Will the server took our order right away--😉--received a veteran's discount. She said it'd be about 15 minutes/it was over 100° so I was happy with that /turns out it was a half an hour... I had ordered two sets of six piece wings/ she thought I only wanted one/ & told me only one sauce per six wings I was kind of confused. I said you know I want two orders of a 6 piece wings, still took longer (which if she would have said 30 minutes) to start / that extra 15 minutes and 100° + weather was a big deal... It was way too hot to eat hot wings--- I don't know why I got them, a waste of time and $30. We did go there again and ordered online through the app--I thought this would be better--paid $65 for 30 wings and extremely cold fries for being done exactly at the time they said.. no napkins or ketchup 😭😭 so I had to ask for that but she still didn't give me the napkins and we only had two small ranches for 30 wings---inside or takeout/service should be the same quality. So I'm done coming here

Service was SUPER slow. Literally had to call out to servers to get a fork for a salad delivered. Our party of 5 was served our dishes over an hour (appetizers coming last) and the salad needed to be reminded. Not to mention the bug infestation in the place. It was claimed “ its summer and the bugs look for sweet drinks.” I got an ipa and removed 1 bug ( on plate) 2nd bug arrived shortly thereafter. These are bugs from uncleanliness. NOT from outside. Baby roaches are bread indoors, not through entryways. No wonder wild wings is failing. Management and health code violations are horrible!

Terrible experience on several recent occasions

Last month my bf & I placed an online order for 10 piece traditional wings & 10 piece boneless - that's it. Waited almost 2 hrs for our order, I understand they get busy. When we arrived to pick up our order there was a backed up line at the pick up counter. We waited another 30+ minutes just to get our food. Food was cold (the extended wait at the counter means our food was just sitting somewhere) No seasoning on the salt/vinegar wings - plain wings. My bf called and spoke with a manager. The manager handled it professionally & honored a food credit to replace our full order to redeem whenever we chose, dine in or take out. We figured we would use it on a day we wanted to dine in - maybe get a better experience & fresh wings.

We came to dine in a couple of weeks ago. It was overly crowded, pick up counter backed up again with crowds of people. Uncontrolled chaos at its finest. We waited at least 45 mins just to check in for a table - in which we were told we would be put on a waiting list & receive a text when our table was ready. When I asked approx how long it could be, we were told she didn't know. Really?! We got our text after we decided it was getting late & just wanted dinner so we ate elsewhere. We'll try again...

Today we thought it would be a good day to dine in (no bogo deals, no big games ect) redeem our wings & have some drinks/appetizers. We sat down and was told our server would be with us soon. 30+ minutes of waiting, no one came. A group of 3 males sat at a booth 1 over from us & was greeted by a server immediately. They had their drinks before any one even came to take our order. Multiple servers walked right past during this time, not even making eye contact. I was growing frustrated & finally a waitress noticed as she was passing us by, she stopped and asked if we'd been helped & apologized then proceeded to take our order, again saying our server would be with us shortly. By the time we received our order the group of 3 that arrived a half hour after us had already eaten and left!! Finally our food arrives, I was given the wrong salad - instead of the chopped cobb I got the wedge salad. I was already so tired of the waits/misunderstandings I didn't send it back or mention it.

Finally, time to pay! When we initially ordered we mentioned our food credit, so why wait until we are done eating, ready to pay & beyond ready to leave are told they needed to check our food credit?! More waiting, more terrible service!!

We paid for our appetizers/drinks & even a salad I didn't order just to get out of there. Never will return. Good sauce choices so I'll just buy them & make the wings at home. This B-Dubs location used to be a great establishment with good food, not sure what happened since the pandemic.

Better training is necessary!! Not even half of the dining area was full & was fully staffed. There was no reason for us to be overlooked, ignored & given poor service...

I was doing a uber delivery there. I arrived at the takeout counter before a family group came there, but they pierced themself through me to the counter closer than I am. Then the two female employees came out, busy doing other other things. We were both waiting for them, until one of the employees that’s close, didn’t not acknowledge me and instead, she went for the family group, forgetting about me and the fact that I was there first. Both employees didn’t even acknowledge me standing right in front of them at the counter the whole time waiting for them to take my customers order. So I had to speak up to the other employee that’s a little further away and get her attention let her know that I have a delivery to pick up. I don’t know if I have to speak up the whole time to get them to take my order or they should acknowledge every single customer and start taking their orders right away but either way they did not do that with me. they’re only taking certain peoples orders instead of taking everyone’s orders. I was kinda being treated very rudely there. I know I should have done better myself and came close to the counter so no one else can rudely take my spot and make sure the employees get their attention on me first since I was the one who was there first, but I still want those two employees to do better in there...
