So i ordered dominoes online at this store(closest/wilson way) they charged my card but no order was placed. Called to see what's going on, a guy told me he didn't see the order, then said "hold on" retrieved the call and said the order was sent to charter way. So i called that store on charter way(ghetto mfs) and it wasn't sent there. So i called back(Wilson way) explained and told them i can see on my bank statement where they charged me.(55.47) So where's my order, He(a different employee)then had to get a "manager". She gets on the phone i explain to her and awkward silence, im like hellloooo and then she says "yes i can hear you, says, oh it'll go back on your card after 12. I brush ot off...OK KOOL. She proceeds to say i can take your order over the phone and u can place the order again. So i proceed to tell her my order, i had 3 pizzas ALL THE SAME, i proceed to tell her the toppings(2) she cuts me off with an attitude and says "ok, lets focus on one pizza at a time, now what you want on the first pizza" i hung up. I don't even think you smart enough to even be conversating with me. Then the nerve to have an attitude after y'all took my money!! Pleeeaassseeee. I refuse to spend my money where I'm not respected. I will eat from dollar tree before i ever buy...
Read moreThe Dominos on Charter in Stockton is the worst Dominos I have ever experienced. And that's saying alot even for Dominos. They got my order wrong 3 times in 3 days. They charged me for my order and never delivered . I tried to speak with the District manager and he never spoke to me. Told an assistant mgr. to handle it. Then I went into the store to order and the girl who took my order in person got it wrong. I waited 25 mins, the first time and then had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get the order. When I spoke with the on duty "mgr," he basically told me I shouldn't order from them. They "rarely" answer the phone and ordering online with them is hit and miss. I hate for people to lose their job but this store is the absolute worst and needs to close or change management. The nicest thing I can say about this location is the homeless person hanging outside their door offered me a slice...
Read moreI’m tired of always getting cold food after over hr wait every time I order from Charter way location, and when I call it’s only to get msg that says you can not be connected due to network error. There is never a problem taking my money only when they send cold food, wrong order, late delivery, or even burnt food. This is my experience today 10/14/22 after waiting a hour. Any time I have ordered from other locations in Stockton food is always fresh, hot, and they always answer their phone. SMH..... “I DEMAND A FULL REFUND !!!!! And you just lost a faithful customer.
