I have never felt the need to make a review about Dutch Bros until now. I have always been a huge fan of Dutch Brothers, but this location and one other location here in Stockton Ca need some serious attention from management.
Yesterday 7/27/23- I went through the Drive Thru and the Broista that helped me seemed nice, but she kept making comments about my dogs in the car. At first she was like, "Wow! How many dogs are there?! That's a lot of dogs!" and so I just smiled even though I understood her connotation (and it wasn't kind, it was judgmental) and then she proceeded to continue (although I was trying to order and ignore the first comment) she proceeded, "How do you even tell them apart? There's so many and they all look alike". This whole interaction irked me so bad. I have FOUR dogs. I think that is simple math and easy enough to see. Like I understand people aren't "dog" people, but you got a job at a company that literally hands out pup cups. I expect professionalism at the very least especially after paying over $5/6 a coffee.
Today 7/28/23- I went through the Drive Thru early (6am-ish) and no one was standing in the lane, but the Broista that helped me at the window had this aggravated look when she saw me pull up to the window. I immediately felt uncomfortable. I almost asked if they were open yet, and she looked so annoyed, but then she proceeded to ask me what I would like to order. I knew I wanted a hot coffee and I was trying to ask what types of coffee they carry (bean flavors and strength). I don't normally buy hot coffee from them but I ran out of oat milk at home. So my order took a little longer than usually, but I wouldn't say more than 2 minutes tops. I also asked for four pup cups and I had my dogs with me again. They absolutely love seeing the Broistas and they get so excited for the car ride. Well after I placed my order, she made the drink and I paid. The entire time I was so uncomfortable because of her aura. When she started handing me the pup cups, I asked for a carrier because I don't want the dogs to make a mess in the car. She just looked so pissed and annoyed and she did the same thing when I asked for the stopper after she handed me my drink.
I literally have chosen Dutch Bros over Starbucks many times because I usually always felt love and happiness from the Broistas, but I think I'm done with this company. I would rather buy a coffee at 7-Eleven, and expect the bad customer service. I am so disappointed and I don't appreciate ever being made to feel uncomfortable because I show up early and I ask for things. I am paying for this service and I am always kind and respectful. I should get the same kindness...
Read moreOmg! My 1st time at this location I ordered something i tried at the other location and it was disgusting.. I ended up getting out and going up to the window to just get a refund because I was upset.. I was craving this so bad and when I got a nasty one I was like dang why didn’t I go to the other location. But when I walked up to the window a guy that works there was standing there talking to a girl that worked there inside.. he overheard me asking for a refund and said oh a refund why what’s wrong? I told him I had my heart set in this drink because it’s so hot out and this is just a perfect drink for the weather and I wanted sweet but they didn’t make it right and I’m kinda really upset about it but it’s ok I’m just gunna go back to the other one where I originally got it from. I was just told that Dutch Bros was just like the BEST COFFEE SHOP because of the drinks and customer service being so awesome but I don’t really feel like I got that same experience but it’s ok thanks for asking. He said No! I’m going to make this the best coffee stop of your life and smiled! He said I’m going to refund you but we’re also going to remake the drink for you and I’m going to make sure I get it down just the way you like it and I’m going to give you a stamp card so your next drink is on the house! How about that? You got a second so we can take care of you? I said omg really ya! Thank you so much! That’s how I would’ve handled it to because I’m also management but I never received that type of customer service before in my life! He said well I’m super excited about you giving us another chance and we hope you come back here every time you want a coffee! I LOVE THIS DUTCH BROS!!!! Best experience EVER!!!!...

Cuz I haven’t seen them before but they were extremely rude the music so loud you have to talk loud to give an order like is it common sense to turn down the music!? But I asked the employees to remake my order the color and taste was off instead them saying ohk they said no they made how I order it and and again i repeated my order over the loud music they said we can make it that way but it gonna come out the same like instead fixing my Order they stood there like it gonna taste the same but no how you gonna tell me when I order the same drink at every Dutch bros if you a true Dutch bro customer you would know how your drink will look and taste and their customers service sucked they were rude and entitled like no we didn’t make a mistake like just remake my drink!?
