It is impossible to contact these people, I think they are going or have gone out of business. The food I ordered was the 1st time was missing ingredients, 2nd and 3rd leak meat juices because the bags where not sealed properly. We cancelled our account and when I did get a person after 5 tries he said I had to restart my account in order to help me.
