Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Stockton

I’d literally rather drive to Lodi than keep comin here. I used to love this location but it’s gone downhill. After a long day of work, I like coming here at 9pm cause I see they close at 11, but EVERY TIME I COME IN, they’re out of one, or more things. Isn’t there someone who gets paid to make sure things are ready to be made for the customer? I’m so tired of this location never having anything ready, and then they tell me they won’t make anything else for the night when it’s 9PM and they don’t close for two more hours. I came in tonight on 11/2 to experience this. Not to mention on Halloween, I tried to be considerate of the employees with how busy they were….. but my chicken was literally RAW….. it was DISGUSTING… I am so tired of this locations laziness, unprofessionalism, and overall the food here tastes disgusting compared to Lodi’s Harney location. Please tell your employees to do what they get paid for. It’s not nice to come in after a long day and be told “We have this much white rice in the bowl, do you want to mix brown?” No, I don’t like brown rice that’s why get white LOL. Then they offered the people behind me new rice, and the employee was offended I said I’d like to wait for new rice as well. Seems they like to rush people out and not make new stuff so they can hurry and close. No wonder why this location is...

The food is always fresh and delicious!

This location isn't as busy as the Weberstown spot, but they have messed up my order twice in a row. They made it right with a replacement on the next visit, but I would much rather get my food on the day and time I want it.

Update: I removed 2 stars because I went back and they messed up my order a THIRD TIME IN A ROW. I always order 2 tacos and only get one, EVERY TIME. I shouldnt have to open the bag and container to check before I get all the way home. Does this happen to other people, or just me?!!

My husband gets 3 tacos and his order is always right. But I only want 2. I didn't think it would be that difficult to make just 2 tacos. They seem to only be capable of making either 1 or 3 tacos per an order.

I'm not sure if I will go back here, maybe not for a while. (After I pick up the taco I paid for and didn't get). I'm very tired of having to come back for my missing tacos.

I only pass by it and their open WiFi must pick up my phone's signal. On a related review of another gross food offering, I severely criticised Chipotle.

No one should have to pay for food of low quality and lack of flavor. People work too hard for their money and should not waste it on trendy chains like this place.

If I seem too harsh and critical, I am on Your side as a consumer with Back Of The House food experience. I am no expert food critic. Just a guy with an excellent nose and taste buds. If the food is not good to your liking, take it back. If the establishment is unreasonable, anrgumentative, and rude, give them a bad review. Or, as a last resort, call the Health Department on them and say you got food poisoning.

That should keep them honest and on their toes.
