Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Stockton

I ordered 2 family size pizzas on the app. One was a family size cowboy pizza with extra cheese, extra mushroom, and extra sausage. The other one was a family size stuffed crust cheese pizza with extra cheese. My husband goes to pick it up and tells me the lady at the counter was so rude. I then look at the pizzas and they do NOT have the extras that I paid for. I paid almost $10 extra and feel like we were ripped off. You can clearly see that they put extra olives and not extra mushrooms and hardly any sausage on the pizza. And for the cheese pizza if you can still see the sauce it's not extra cheese. Also this was a stuffed crust pizza that I paid extra for and I did not get any cheese inside the crust at all. I called and talked to the manager and explain to her there was no cheese inside the crust. She was extremely rude with a bad attitude and claimed she put the extras on it. My picture speaks for itself no cheese whatsoever inside the crust. If you hate your job so much leave. Someone like this should not be helping customers and definitely not be a manager. The only reason why I go to this location because it's close to my house. I will definitely not be going back to this location....

Every time I come here, and I come here every month around the same time and sometimes twice a month, I always get 2 pizzas. One with red sauce (no matter what it is) and one with white sauce (I can’t eat the red sauce). Literally every other time I get pizza from this place, they have red sauce on both pizzas. And every time I order a pizza WITHOUT the Roma tomatoes, they ALWAYS leave them on there. And today (4/12/24) went and ordered 2 pizzas, one papas all meat (everything the same) and one 5 meat stuffed but with white sauce instead of red and add mushrooms. Guess what they didn’t do? They didn’t exchange the sauces and never added the mushrooms AND STILL CHARGED FOE THE EXTRA TOPPINGS. Never am I ordering from this place again. It’s annoying, irresponsible and honestly I could have died. What if I was allergic to the red sauce? You couldn’t know that. So as I’ve stated, never ordering food...

For some reason they are not taking orders online or by phone for the last 5 days. This place used to have great customer service and excellent quality but over the past two years it has gone downhill and fast.
