DO NOT EAT HERE I actually worked here, and I know what they do in the back.
Most things are half-washed to begin with. The cutting boards, after being washed, are leaned against the wall on the floor instead of being put on the drying rack. They often slide and fall onto the floor, with all of the days’ acummulated muck, and are simply propped back up, and later carried out to the front, where they are used to chop the herbs and ham, and to prep the veggies and meats.
The date that food items are put out is never kept track of. They are out there until they are used up. The worst offenders are the meatballs, the oils, basil/cilantro, and anything with liquid, like olives, banana peppers, or spicy chicken. We have actually found mold on the meatballs before. If you get the garlic herb butter, there is a 90% chance you will have violent diarrhea within the hour.
When they run out of one kind of soap, which happens often, about monthly, they will substitute another. I have seen people wash dishes with floor cleaner.
When I worked there, I was the only person who cared about allergies at all. I have witnessed (and corrected) employees countless times who lied about allergy information because they were too lazy to actually pull out the allergy binder and look it up. Including once when two employees claimed there was no cheese in pesto! If you don’t see them pull out a binder from underneath the register, they are just making it up.
They didn’t have the wings when I worked there, but with their level of incompetency, I wouldn’t trust them.
There are several ingredients that are supposed to be refrigerated but are instead left on shelves across from the dishwashing sinks.
Every few hours we have to go around and stick a thermometer in all of the food, and record the temperature, along with the temp in every freezer, the oven, and the dough press. This is to ensure that the food is at a temp where bacteria can’t grow. I have been instructed several times by Sarah, the GM, to lie here. The temperature is regularly over the safe limit in all of the foods you can see on the line, and occasionally it dips in the refrigerators below.
I dont expect anything to change, because even if they get rid of the problem employees, the owner of this store is a complete moron. He understands nothing about running the store and does not care about sanitation at all.
The safest thing on he menu is probably the salad, the one with the nuts. Its a bit wilted, but not actually unsafe to eat. Vinegar and sugar are natural preservatives, so there’s nothing growing in the dressing even when they forget it on a counter for five hours.
And oh, in the name of all that is good and just in this world, you do not even want to KNOW about the ranch. I will never in my life eat ranch at a restraunt...
Read moreSeverely disappointed in this company, we were eager to try them for the first time due to their gluten free options and went to order on their website, however as we were completing the order we were made aware of an additional allergy within our group of people, unfortunately they don't list the ingredients on their website so we immediately began trying to call the store in the hopes of inquiring about the food item in question and possibly making an adjustment to the order however they did not answer. We continued to call 15 times over the 30 minutes it took us to drive to the store's location in an attempt to get someone on the phone but they never picked up, hung up on us a number of times and at one point either blocked our number or took the phone off the base to avoid our calls because the last 4 times I attempted to call I kept getting a busy signal but when my wife tried to call on her number it rang (though was never answered). When we arrived at the location the worker Fabian was polite and informed us they do not have a phone in the store (despite the number being listed on their Google information for this location as well as on their website), they were unable to inform us if the allergen in question was in the gluten free crust but he was able to finally get us a refund on our money. We appreciated the service this worker gave us and want to clarify our disappointment is not with this worker but with the management team and the company as a whole. The whole situation was disappointing, I feel as though this could have been easily avoided if the company had better policies in place, and find it ridiculous that any service or customer based company would not have a way for their clientele to contact their individual locations. Again, we appreciated the help Fabian gave us, he was respectful, attempted to assist us (his customers) in whatever way he could and helped to deescalate the situation - something the management and company could...

Complaint: Horrible, Threatening and Hostile Customer Service.
Complaint: Incorrect Order.
On 09/12/2022 at or around 5:50pm, I visited your establishment for service, and I experienced horrible customer service, and your employees were extremely unprofessional with myself and with each other as co employees. Furthermore, while picking the ingredients for my pizza, a male employee, white, 5”11, 240 pounds with a blonde beard and long blonde hair and a female employee, white, 5”6, 140 pounds with brown hair were arguing and insulting each other. Moreover, after I paid for my meal and while my pizza was in the oven, they continued to fight, and both walked off the job and left one employee to serve the restaurant. Fortunately, after they walked off for five minutes, they decided to clock back in (Extremely unprofessional). Out of concern for my order that I paid for and because it was still on the counter due the confusion, I inquired about my order and was meet with hostility by the white male employee I mentioned earlier. Additionally, I felt disrespected and threatened by his action. Fortunately, I am civil and mature person, so I swallowed my pride and respectfully requested him to give me my order that was getting cold on the counter that I have already paid for. It took another few minutes, but I ultimately did receive my food. However, the order was wrong because I order thin crust and received regular crust. Further, I did not enjoy or finished my meal because of the traumatic experience and emotions I was feeling. With that being said, I am respectfully demanding a refund of $14.12...
