A couple of days ago I called in an order 45 minutes prior to pick up & the employee who answered the phone sounded flustered & after I ordered a traveler (coffee caddy for about 8ppl) for my office I heard an employee in the background say "that's why I don't answer the phone when it's busy". Then the employee hung up. I was shocked at how unprofessional the interaction was, she never asked for my name or number just pick up time. I show up & there's no line (awesome). I pull out my card to pay & say I'm there for the traveler & the cashier looks around confused & asks a coworker wearing a headset, "where'd it go? Did we give it away?". The headset lady replied with an attitude, "Door dash got it, it's theirs." & side eyed me like I'm lying. I replied, "I'm the phone ordered for 7:40 pick up, I'm not door dash." They both got wide eyed & realized they gave away my order to Door Dash & the cashier yelled out "I need another traveler now." Then avoided eye contact with me & walked away & continued to work. I asked, "excuse me how long will it take?". She replied, "15 minutes". I replied politely, "I have to go to work sorry, cancel that order." & she stared at me with an open mouth then I exited. If they were focused on doing their job instead of getting caught up in their emotions I'm sure they would've done a better job & my office would've had their coffee for the breakfast potluck. In the afternoon when it's not busy I've always had a professional & friendly experience at this location. Will I ever order another traveler or large order from this...
Read moreCame in today to grab 4 coffees.... usually go thru drive-thru but opted to gey out. Lady who took my order was nice but others in there VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. While ordering 1 girl screams out '6 spendas'damn this lady must be tired'! Wow, no matter what someone orders you don't need to scream out. Also, everyone is wearing aprons, pants/shorts & blk short. The girl had pulled her shirt up in back so it looked like a half shirt & all her skin/fat is hanging out. Im definitely sure that is NOT Starbucks dress code.
No one man's the pick-up order window either & someone walked in & started to take my order! When I asked about it all the lady said was 'sometimes ppl take the wrong one & then we have to just remake it's? Uummm, what kind of plan is that? Better idea wld b to make drinks & then have someone stand out counter 4 pick up Bet then you wouldn't have to remake anything
I give this place 1 star..... zero would b better where alot of ppl working drice-thru & counter
Get it together...
Read moreNice baristas, bad drinks.
The baristas were polite and courteous, however, the drink was off.
I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, and the caramel was all stuck to the bottom. I'm used to other coffee shops where they mix the caramel with the espresso, then pour the shot on top. So, I was caught off guard by how much caramel was all on the bottom. It didn't taste right to me either.
The workers seemed like they were trying their best. This seems to be a Starbucks issue, not a worker issue.
Also, I found that the location of this Starbucks looked aesthetically unpleasant. I'm not sure why corporate decided to open a Starbucks right across from a busy street and in a somewhat "ghetto" area.
I hope that corporate fixes the shoddy recipes and makes the outside area look more pleasant.
Again, the baristas did their best. This is definitely a...
