I took my friend to the Wal Mart in shopping center. It's a large enough store to have anything you need. My friend went to their shopping and since I was there I attempted to do mine. I normally shop at the one off eight mile road. I had never been to this store. The layout at this store is different. I had a few problems finding some items. However, each time I asked for help finding an item I was simply told 4b or 12a. At my store they walk you to the item. I was almost okay with the general location. It took effort but I did find it. But when I asked the guy in the meat department for help finding an item three times, I was done. Why do I need to work this hard to purchase an item from you Mr. Meat Man. When I didn't find what I looking for the second time you should have walked me to the item not pointed. The third time you had no business grunting and saying I told you over there. I said thank you Sir and walked away from my basket. I waited for my friend to finish their shopping in my car. I texted and said take your time I am in the car reading. We are extremely disappointed with your stockton ups store March Lane branch. We had 2 very limited English elderly speaking paying patrons who were very rudely attended by a clerk named Karen. She was told twice to not speak fast and be emphateticly to an 83 male and 80 female years old but argumentatively continue doing the bad attitude. She treated them like stupid human being. She told us not to speak our own dialect and we were offended in front other customers. By doing that the store lost $240.00 worth of transactions from us. We left and got paper work notarized somewhere else. Ups needs to investigate and conduct disciplinary action in this matter. We will Never again come to this store.
