Worst service ever. I have been to this place a number of times.

A few weeks ago I went there. I was sat down by the host at a table and the waiter never came to get my order, give water or chips and salsa. I looked around and noticed that the waiters were just staying in the waiter station just laughing and giggling. With then 15 minutes I walked out with my kids.

Because I love Mexican food sooo much, I decided to give this place one more shot. I went in yesterday with my 2 children. The host at the front sat us at roughly the same location. We waited about 10 minutes, but a waiter never came to offer us water or chips/salsa. A Mexican couple who came in after us (about 5 to 6 mins or so) was sat right across from us, in the same area. Within not even 2 to 3 minutes of their arrival, a waiter came and gave them salsa and chips.

I was disgusted. I asked the waiter, how they already got their chips and salsa, while i arrived atleast 5 to 6 mins prior to their arrival and haven't even been greeted by a waiter? She went on to give me a bogus excuse that maybe my waiter was just slower than she was. However we were sitting in the same area which means that she was probably also my waiter.

So, i just told her directly that their customer service there sucked, and that they were no longer getting my business.

I am Asian. Never have I been to a Mexican restaurant where I have ever felt that my ethnicity had anything to do with the service that I was going to receive. However I feel that at this specific restaurant or location if you are of any other race you probably aren't as welcome as you think you would be.

I highly recommend you choose other Mexican restaurants because this location for me is a no no. I will never go back.

I don't even know where to start, I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp it comes with beans ,rice & a salad 17.99. Unfortunately I don't eat beans & rice so I asked for a salad & asked if there would be a price change. The waiter assured me that the price would not be the same. I was so excited because I don't eat out much but when I got my plate as you can see from the picture I was not pleased. Not only were the shrimp like popcorn shrimp ,tiny bite size, but there was absolutely no love in my salad. It was literally lettuce & tomato. I was ready to give back my plate & say absolutely not, but I'm not a Karen so I didn't complain, I couldn't if I wanted to cause he never came back to check on us. I waited a half hour for my tortillas & had to ask a different waiter if she could bring my tortillas. When the receipt came I was charged the full 17.99 for the meal & when I asked the waiter why I was charged the full price when he had already told me that the price wouldn't be the same he completely denied that he said that in front of me & my husband, & proceeds w/ a whole run down of no discounts on order changes, And when I asked him about the salad why they couldn't put any love into it he said they don't specialize in salads. I mean how hard is it to sprinkle a little cheese & olives into a salad when they use cheese and olives on taco salads come on now you're a restaurant use your imagination. I will not return nor would I recommend anybody to go to this restaurant. Their first priority is not to please their customers obviously....

HORRIBLE!!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I DEFINATELY WOULD! The only thing good about this place was the soda and homemade tortillas! The chips were burnt and salsa was very tomatoey!! My wife got her red enchiladas and tried one bite and wanted to get sick. We discretely let the waitress know that it tasted horrible so she acted puzzled and said well what do you want me to do about it? My wife said I want something else. So she brought her some green enchiladas and they were submerged in sauce and the Beans tasted as if they were fresh out of a CAN, while setting the plate on the table the waitress had a suspicious smirk on her face as if they spit in her food! We asked for the manager and the most rudest woman came out and said "WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FOOD! EVEN THOUGH WE DIDNT EAT THE FOOD! SIMPLY BECAUSE THE MENU STATES TRY DISHES AT OWN RISK!" Which tells us you obviously have had this problem in the past! We gladly offered to pay for drinks and tortillas but refused to pay for the disgusting food that we didn't eat! She started yelling at us and telling us to get out and never come back! We said trust me we won't! BY FAR WORST MEXICAN RESTAURANT IN THE STATE!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE RESTAURANT WITH THE RUDEST WAITRESSES AND MANAGEMENT...
