Went With my grandparents had an awful experience the waitress was nice but the manager just sat there and watched her employees do all the work while we sat there for an hour 45 minutes waiting for our food. it got full after we arrived and instead of the manager trying to help the waitress which was by herself she's decided to just stand there as a result I got very upset and told her that it was way too long for us to be waiting for our food after that I still ended up waiting about another 45 minutes to our food actually got to us by then the food was already cold tasted nasty my daughter ordered pancakes which she is usually her fav and didn't even eat the pancakes. the orders were all wrong so as my grandfather was going to pay I told the manager I did not feel like we were satisfied with service so should not have to pay for the entire bill she disagreed and begin to tell me that we ordered our food too late that's what took our food longer to get to us which made no sense to me because even though we ordered our food a little later than everyone else it still took us 45 minutes to retrieve our food long story short I ended up arguing back and forth with her she was so rude decided to tell me that I just wanted free food I make probably twice as much as she does in a day I was not going to let her take advantage of my grandparents which it was not even me paying for the food it was them I asked her for corporates number or the owner so that I could give them a call and let them know about my service she then decided to give me a card with her phone number on it so as I called she answered the phone I turned around and went back and told her I did not want a number to call to complain about her for her to answer she then continued to tell me she was going to call the cops I told her that was fine I either wanted my money back or a phone number that I could call to let them know how myself and my grandparents were treated she said that we ate the food and she refunded $6 back correction I did not eat my food it was nasty and cold my meal was about $11 so I don't understand why she said she gave me the money back yes it's true my grandparents my husband and my daughter did continue to eat their food why would I tell them after waiting a full almost 2 hours in total to not eat their food and go somewhere else first of all this was our last option being that everywhere we would go would be packed. Still would like to speak to the owner. By the way we did pay in the beginning before she tried to get rude and argumentative so i then told her wed like a full refund i did not immediately as for a full refund . not only the food but just gett our drinks took a long time my grandmother had hot tea and ask 3xs for more water my gpa asked for coffee never came ... Ill never go back and i wish i could contact someone to let them know they need a helpful manager! The one they have just watches her waitresses...

I never thought I would be giving a poor review of this establishment. My wife and I have eaten breakfast here maybe a half dozen times in the past and every time, we’ve had a very positive experience. Excellent service, until today. We waited in line outside, to be seated, as the sign stated. There were two patrons in line in front of us. The wait was not very long as we quickly moved to being next to be seated. The whole time we waited outside, no one bothered to greet the customers with any acknowledgement that they would be attended to. Even though one food server walked in and out right past the waiting patrons several times attending to the outdoor dining area. So, while we were standing there next in line, an elderly gentleman opened the door and popped his head outside and said to us, “Come on in and sit down. There’s two open tables in the back.” Not knowing who he was, I was assuming he had some interest in the business. So we walked in and sat down at a table at the back wall. We waited 5 to 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, while the whole time they were servicing tables to each side of us and directly behind me. My wife noticed this and was not very pleased. She asked if we should just get up and walk. I told her, let’s wait another 5 minutes and see. I realized later on that the elderly gentleman was just another patron being courteous. And I believe the servers were intentionally ignoring us because they felt that we helped ourselves in and sat down wherever we wanted instead of them inviting us in and seating us. All they had to do was come over and explain to us that we were to wait until they came out to get us. So, after waiting another 5 minutes, we got up and left. On our way out, I told one of the servers at the register how displeased we were with the treatment we experienced. She proceeded to tell me that’s why they have that sign outside. And I explained to her that someone invited us in with us not realizing he was just another customer. She said she was so sorry that happened. Unfortunately, too little too late. We felt very disrespected. Will...

Long wait times to receive food. Poor quality in their dishes yet overpriced for basic breakfast. Servers don't check on you. Took my partner here and we had to go to the front to first ask about food that hadn't come out. Then when we tried our food it was not up to par. No server came for us to complain so when we had enough waiting we went to the front. They would not accommodate us and decided they would not take anything off the bill. We hadn't eaten all of our food but they said we wouldn't have dined that long if we didn't like the food as if they didn't acknowledge the long wait time to even get the food. After a heated argument with a rude and unprofessional woman who seemed to be the manager, my partner and I were so unsettled, we just walked out not wanting to pay for any of it at that point. We were followed and intimidated by what we assumed was the owner who was a male. Threatened to call the cops if we didn't pay. Just classless and disrespectful to overcharge for food and not make it right with the customer when they come to you complaining about the quality. I will never return and I will be telling everyone I know not...
