Wendy's — Restaurant in Stockton

Went to Wendy's yesterday and waited in line for close to 20 minutes. Finally got up to order and no one came on to ask what I wanted. Kept saying hello to the speaker. Finally a girl asked what I wanted. Gave her my order 2 Biggie Bags, 1 Chocolate Frosty, 1 Vanilla Frosty. She repeated it but had a hard time understanding her. Sou did OK so drove up to window to pay and wait for order. Took several minutes and when I got the order it was short the Vanilla Frosty. She looked it up and said it was not on the order even after repeating it back to me at the time. She went and got the Frosty but never asked for payment a day abruptly closed the window. Sooo just drove off. Jennifer you need to get some more training on how to do your job. Joseph was our cashier.

The problem as I see it is that they only have one window for paying and for giving out the food. There is a second window that could be utilized for taking the money so to free up the second window to fill the order making the process go much faster....

At The drive thru I ordered a large strawberry lemonade with no ice my favorite at Wendy’s, barely out of the drive thru I sipped my drink and it tasted watered down and lack any sweetness. So I returned and this time went inside, I told them it doesn’t taste the way it’s suppose too, the lady with the headset was instantly annoyed and said it taste that way because you don’t have ice which doesn’t even make logical sense, but instead of arguing with her I asked could she make it again to which her response was if you don’t have ice it’s going to be the same, asked for a different flavor which was pineapple mango, after she made it she seemed even more annoyed and repeated for a third time the same thing while looking at her co workers with a smirk. I simply ignored her provocations and took my drink which was almost $5 and left. And to no surprise it tasted watered down, murky with no sweetness whatsoever, instead of trying to get a refund I just took my loss and decided to never come to this particular...

Food was ok hot at least. Went to use bathroom. From the moment I opened the door I thought I walked into a barn I went into the stall to go the bathroom and the toilet was full and had not been flushed so to say the least the bathrooms are not regularly cleaned their. Don't recommend even going into the bathrooms while you visit their. The trash was not emptied, floors were sticky, urine stains around the toilet. All together it was quite disgusting. I tried to let management know but management was no manager present. The employee I talked to said they had left the store. I am a manager myself, and if one of mmt managers left my store unattended I would of gave them some serious corrective action board line termination. There was no shift leader whatsoever. I can understand why this place does not have the up keep their supposed to have. Go at your own risk. Oh is upper management cares check your camera's.
