Burger King — Restaurant in Stonecrest

Against my better judgment since 2021 being our last time we went to any Burger King, I decided to give this location another chance because it's close & my blood sugar gets really low in the am. I went Sun, Dec 18, 2022 (around 8 am, while I washed @ a local laundry) & a guy came to the back door & told me they were closed, yet the white car that was in front of me, drove straight up to the window after seeming to order. How was they getting served, but not me? Then the next day, I foolishly gave it another try.. dont ask me why...something different I guess, but I went Mon, Dec 19, 2022 (6:35, before a 7am appointment) & was told, "all we are serving are online orders"! I was like...if yaw are cooking online orders, yaw can cook any other orders! Welp...this is the absolutely LAST time I will go to ANY establishment on Evans Mill & we are absolutely done with Burger Kings!! !🤨🤔 I picked up food Sunday about 9:15am, June 6, 2021. 1st thing is I was told they had no ham, then no coffee. When I got up to the window, the young lady had a terrible attitude! She did not make eye contact at all, did not greet me, like she didn't want to be there! I asked her since they claimed they was out of our 2 coffees, were we getting charged the 'up charge' fees. She said, "yes!" I then stated that BK didn't have the coffee we wanted, so then how are we paying the up-charge? She stated she would ask the manager, then told me again we would have to pay the full amount. She put my bottle of OJ on the ledge & shut the window, which I felt was disrespectful!! After a few minutes, she gave me our food. I checked my bag. I saw she didn't give me a receipt. When I asked for it, she said the receipt didn't work either. I asked, "God, what dont yaw have?" She then shut the window on me... this facility is too new to be so bad already! This isn't the 1st time the service was terrible! I also saw who I believe was the manager was walking around with her back exposed...just ghetto...We will continue to go to Conyers for good food & even better service, even though we only live a few minutes away...

Update 7-29-2023: Useless you REALLY want Burger King real bad, seriously go somewhere else. I watched multiple people walk up to the entrance and back to their cars because it's drive through only. Potential Money losted since most of them drove out of the parking lot thereafter. The burger king associate came outside with empty boxes and didn't even talk to, explain, or apologise for the drive through only. The potential customers had to tell each other that's it's drive through only. You'd think that the lines would move fast since there's only one lane, but nooo it took as long as waiting in your car at a railroad crossing. They need to take a close look at how Chick-fil-A does it and do a better job. I pay cash to test the level of service. She never gave me the receipt (big red flag). As far as I'm concerned, I think she pocketed the money. Previous review: There's a reason why the parking lot is always empty, no customer service! I started hitting up BK because of the coupons that I got in the mail. Trying to budget. Yesterday I tried to get a spider-verse Whopper and was told that it was discontinued (6-5-2023). The movie just came out on June 2, 2023 😆. Today 6-6-2023 I walked inside, only to be told that it's drive thru only. Not only did I walked into the McDonald's walking distance down the street and my order was taken in a reasonable time, the food was given in a much faster time than expected. There's are two reasons why I might not use drive thru. 1- I have a custom order or question that I don't want them to mess up , 2- The drive thru is long or in this case...

Went to this establishment's drive thru 7:08am Tuesday morning....(angry woman alert). Greeted the woman at order window, refused to greet me back, barked at me when I placed my order...yelling for me to drive around after I placed order. Greeted her again at the pay window....immediately understood why....woman was acting her appearance and her attitude definitely matched her looks. She has a nose ear ring short hair and looks like a mean short bulldog. I'm a nice person that doesn't talk like this....but this woman clearly shouldn't be working anybody's driveway. Refusing to say good morning or be cordial while barking commands at people first thing in the morning, and staring people down for no reason....."pull up", "no we don't have any ketchup"....."your food is coming".....this ain't no way to start no day. Horrible experience, at least the gentlemen with the dreads that bought the food was polite and found some ketchop. I spent almost $10 by the way. Trust me when I tell you that lady's attitude matched her looks....just ugly acting....and no woman should talk to a man she doesn't know like that. Especially when you'r providing customer service. Stop playing with ppl. Get her behind out of...
