Very infuriating experience,

I came to this shop by recommendation of a student of mine that had a very nice tattoo that he paid a low price for. He showed me the artist and I booked an appointment with him. On the day of the appointment I arrived on time and had to wait 3 whole hours for him to show up. When he finally did arrive he asked me to get paper towels that I had to pay money out of my own pocket for. When he was doing my tattoo he asked me if I smoked weed or drank. I told him no and that I wasn't interested.

Loud music was playing that made it hard for me to hear him. When he was done with my tattoo I left and a few hours later he Dmed me asking if I like my tattoo, which I did at the time, then asked me if I was "Free tonite" I was absolutely appalled by that question as I only came to him for a tattoo, the work he does it very nice but I wasn't interested in him I told him no and nothing else came out of that.

Weeks into the healing process my tattoo started to peel and as of now, the tattoo healed in terrible condition. Everything is faded. I'm not sure if this shop has a refund policy but I'm waiting for further response. I did everything i can to take care of this tattoo and I'm very...

I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. I booked an appointment with Neptune the day prior and sent a deposit as well as a friend of mind. When we arrived for our SCHEDULED appointment he was still working on a tattoo and told us to give him about an hour to finish up.

Which we did without a problem. Once that hour was up we proceeded to check in and he still was not done. 2 hours had passed and my friend and I still had no tattoo so we decided to let him know we were going to leave and ask for our deposit back. He went on to catch an attitude saying he doesn’t refund deposits and that he doesn’t like being rushed when performing “skin surgery” (which he wasn’t.)

We couldn’t believe he had the nerve to catch an attitude with us when we were waiting on him for 2 hrs. Don’t waste your time with an unprofessional place where people don’t care about your time, money, weeding smoking and people gathering outside of the shop that aren’t...

I’ve been trying to get a tattoo from this location for the longest! Online it states it’s 24 hours and of course I only call during regular business hours! After calling earlier this afternoon and still getting no answer..... the owner calls me back at 6pm with a horrible attitude! And hung up on me when I told him I’ve been tattooed already! He said he has 27 other people to call back and doesn’t have time for stank attitudes lol! When I was very pleasant!
