So this afternoon I had my first appointment with Travis. I'm super picky about my hair, and unfortunately haven't even allowed a stylist near my head in over 3 years because of a bad experience. I had a TON of split ends and because of this my hair wasn't in the best shape. From the time I walked in, it just felt right, like I was supposed to be there (that's big for me because I was super nervous), I was greeted warmly as he was finishing up.another client. Didn't have to wait long at all. Travis discussed my hair and what I wanted to do with it, and made me feel at ease. I have been to a few salons since being in Ga and many of them always try to convince me that I should go natural(tried it. It isn't for me) or try to convince me to do some crazy random hairstyle that I don't like . He gave me options on whether or not I wanted a full cut or a trim to retain some of the length. I decided to go for it and get all of the unhealthy hair cut off- There was ALOT😥. But I'm happy with the cut and look forward to my hair growing back in no time. He was very professional, and I'm already setting appointments for every 2 weeks. He will definitely be the only person touching my hair as long...
Read moreI was a 1st time visitor a transplant looking for a new Salon for myself and daughters doing my due diligence went for a test run..Upon my arrival there was no reception or intros so I got information from customer interaction with the 2 stylists. I learned they validate your parking, the names of the Stylist (Naomi and Travis the Onwer) There was no price list displayed or any verbal mention of price upon requesting a service..The visit was about 6.5 hrs it was a walk-in day so maybe that played a role...Also, there was no assessment of hair health which is a key factor me. They did not engage me as a visitor (of which they were aware)and possible new client which = 3 new clients...Seemingly they have a rapport with existing clientele and seem generally pleasant. They are both a VERY TALENTED pair the work is quite good...however the Customer service is average and really contributes to the overall experience...My comments are made in an effort to help give insight that may assist in making your establishment better...Thank you!
Thank you for your response. Your explanation and action plan ..which shows an openness to customer satisfaction. We will consider a 2nd visit..no discount...
Read moreMy experience with this salon was very much bittersweet. I was a walk-in looking for my natural hair to be pressed and trimmed. The service was great from the moment I arrived. The lady who washed and conditioned me was very attentive and made sure I was doing fine the whole time. The stylist, Naomi, was also very nice and seemed knowledgeable about natural hair. My trouble came a month later when washing my pressed hair. My curls did NOT revert back, even though I was told that they would. My hair was pressed in January 2019. It is now October 2019 and my curls still have not reverted back. I was told that nothing besides the typical products were used in my hair, but whatever was used seriously damaged my hair as if I had gotten a relaxer or some other chemical treatment. I wanted to really like this salon, but the service that I received was not what I expected it be. I had been natural for 8 years prior to getting my hair pressed, and now all that growth is gone. The pictures that I've added show how my hair was before being pressed and how it looked after washing a month after...
