This is the most unprofessional store I have encountered in a loooonnnnng time. There is no system of how things are done. No greetings on the drive through. No greeting inside. Just may I take your order not even a please and thank you. If the managers are not leading these young ppl then the problem starts there. Young lady walked away from the window she hadn’t taken my money nor given me food. She was gone at least 5 mins. I see her talking to others finally I hunch my shoulders and a young man came to the window. I asked am I getting my food. He said I don’t know we out of bread. So I asked why she didn’t tell me that he said oh it’s here we just waiting on them to bring it in. He closed the window said something to the girl she just looked at me and continued talking. The manager a short older lady came to the register at the window and did something She never acknowledged me or apologized for the wait which was over 10 min. The young lady came back I guess they had bread then and said $6.42 or whatever it was gave me my food and close the window. No straw no napkins or nothing and cold fries. Customer service is more important than the food to me and it goes a long way. I’ve given this location several tries and it doesn’t get better. The wait time is horrible. Manager are not managing. Cashier don’t have training and on cellphones. Horrible. I rather leave home a few mins early or rush my lunch and wait in the extra long line at Chik-fil-A where the customer service is on 10 and things are getting done.
Oh where are the mask. They’re not wearing them but you got the dining room close for inside ordering due to COVID. Plus you breathing over my food unmasked...
Read moreFirst off, I usually don't write reviews but I had to this time. I waited 10 minutes in line for my order. I ordered 3 Krystals, 1 Plain and 2 with Cheese add Ketchup and a water. When I pulled up to the windows the guy (Quintez was on my receipt) gave me a stare like why are you here. No acknowledgment as to "Hi, How are you" or anything. I then paid for my order and received my receipt. When I got my order 2 minutes later, he opened the window, gave me this mean look and handed my bag. Opened up the bag and waved him down because there were no napkins, straw, or my water that I also asked for. When he came back I said I need napkins, straw, and my water and he gave me this mean look and then handed me the items-- No thank you, come back again, or anything. So I said ok, he might be having a bad day. What really got me upset was when I opened up my hamburgers, 2 for me and 1 for my 3yr old daughter, the sandwiches were so sloppy, and soiled with oil, we couldn't even eat them. The cheese they put on the bun was on there half way, so half of it melted onto the carton and the buns were wet like they were dipped in oil. We ended up throwing the whole thing away. Daughter ended up crying because she couldn't eat her burger. We ended up going to Wendys. Customer service was lacking, manager nowhere managing employees, and preparation, terrible....
Read moreI love krystals but this time it was awful. Drive thru cashier standing outside on phone arguing with someone. I walked in store to confusion. Drive thru backed around building. Manager sitting in lobby doing nothing. So I go to counter to place order and no one is there. The front cashier was in office on phone laughing so I look over at manager to get his attention so he finally gets up and goes to the office and practically begs employee to get off phone and the employee thought he was a joke and laughing and playing. Keep in mine I'm still standing there waiting so he finally asked me my order and told him so the manager goes by the grill where they had krystals staged on a pan and proceeded to put them in the little boxs employee still playing with his phone Manager yells at him to stop playing and get the order together so he went and got some old fries and put chilli on top. I had to stop manager told him I didnt want those old cold Krystals staged on a table and to cook mine fresh and chilli cheese fries. Then he proceeds to tell me the fries just came up 20 minutes ago. Keep mine I've already been in there 20-30 already. So after all that I finally got my food. Drive thru cashier still outside.
