I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at this Dairy Queen location—and I’ve been to many across several states. I ordered the popcorn shrimp basket and asked for tartar sauce. The manager handed me the bag and said the sauce was inside. When I checked and saw it wasn’t, I politely asked for some.
Instead of simply handing it over, he slammed the drive-thru window shut. I waited patiently for several minutes while he handled other customers and chatted with employees. Eventually, I pulled forward, got out of my car, and went inside to ask again. Only then did he finally give me the tartar sauce.
I expressed my frustration and told him, “You can just keep the meal—no one is going to disrespect me like that.” He claimed I wasn’t listening to him, which was completely untrue. I told him I didn’t care and just wanted my money back.
He then snatched the food out of my hands, asked for my card to process the refund, but before I could even hand it over, he changed his mind and said, “Never mind, here you go.”
This kind of behavior is unacceptable—rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well. No one deserves to be treated this way over something as simple as a...

Simply went for 2 scoops of ice cream (mint chocolate chip) which they did not have. Then opted for a chocolate nut sundee which I had to explain to the staff how to make because they claimed to not have had that either. Certainly they had vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, nuts, chocolate syrup, and cherries correct? After all, it is Dairy Queen. Got to the window to see a group of teens just hanging around behind the counter on their phones and congregating which explained why the line was wrapped around the building. To make matters worse, I was being charged for someone else's order. At this point I just told them to cancel it and left. Definitely the ghetto! Will never go back. This is not quality service at all. I wouldn't have rated this place at all but I needed to close out to post the comment. You should always service your customers correctly the first time. You wouldn't service your family over cooked food or prepare their food in a sloppy manner. So why are you treating paying customers in that manner. I hold the manager accountable for this behavior because it starts with them. Patrons please take your money elsewhere.
