Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Stonecrest

Before today, I can't remember the last time I ate at Dairy Queen. Previous visits to other locations had been disappointing due to subpar food and poor customer service, which had deterred me from returning. However, my son's hunger and craving for ice cream led us to the Dairy Queen on Panola Road, and I was pleasantly surprised!

The food was hot and fresh, and their perfect health inspection score of 100 is a clear testament to their commitment to quality. What truly made our visit stand out was the exceptional customer service. The beautiful young lady at the drive-through, Nakaya (not sure of the spelling), was not only bubbly and professional but also incredibly helpful and kind.

Our food arrived quickly, and it was hot and absolutely delicious. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air, especially given that customer service can be hit or miss on this side of town. It was also reassuring to see the owner actively involved and just as kind-hearted as his staff.

Horrible customer service. NASTY personality, rastafarian cooking with no covering on head, girl in drive-thru have the attitude of an undisciplined child, no wonder the iced drinks taste like sugar water 💦 we asked for another flavor manager said their all the same, so My husband said We would like a refund on this item, the manager quickly responded " what other flavor You want momma" I said lemon it was worst, My Husband said Let's not come back anymore. The customer service here is LOUSY. And by the way if You call "one" momma you'd better be KIND in SERVICE the manager was no where near it.Kendre, Frederick, Nathan, Businesses that have LOUSY customer service can not make it for very long in this community, We are surrounded by The Best of Fast Food Restaurants, that have been here for Years, and 5 Star sat in Restaurants as well. Went to the Panola road location @ 9:42p.m. I attempted to order the 6 piece chicken finger basket and was told they only have enough chicken for 4 piece basket. I asked were they done cooking food @ only 9:42. I was told the fryers were off. I asked why would the fryers be off @ 9:42. They young lady then blew really hard and said okay we will make the 6 finger basket but you have to pull up. I waited 10 minutes only to receive 2 hot fingers and 4 lukewarm ones. Also my fries were lukewarm and they tasted old and they didn't cut my toast in half for my basket. They just torn it in half. Really poor customer service. Not sure i will be back. So hard to find good customer service these days. I just want hot, quality food. I don't think that is too much to ask . Too many people just working...
