Went here at 1:40am, or there about. Few cars in the drive through. Line moved fairly quickly. Order LOOKED correct. Got home to a huge disappointment. Wife ordered a cheese burger with a double order of cheese bites, and a coke. Received cheese burger with Cajun fries and chicken nuggets. The fries had a huge spot of Cajun seasoning, about a third were inedible. At least the coke was right. I ordered a regular pork Barbecue sandwich with onion rings and Cajun fries. I can't eat cheese, so I try to order things that won't have it. Received...a cheeseburger that was burnt black on the underside....onion rings and Cajun fries. Which also had all the seasoning in one spot. But..my mama didn't raise a wimp, I ate all the fries. The dog ate the cheeseburger. This is totally unacceptable. I work in restaurants, every order is important. Even the ones that come in late, and you want to go home. This is the last time I will ever come to this location, maybe not even other locations.

The burger bread was very mushy. The texture of it was as if it had already been made a while before. Update: I had to remove one star. I went back today and ordered two cookout style hot dogs; chili coleslaw and onion. Again the bread is saturated in liquid! Maybe it's liquid from the coleslaw? Either way I can't even pick it up because the bread is so wet it's tearing. They're so many onions and so much small packed onto this sandwich I had to search for chili. I think I will be giving your customer service a call.

After walking into the restaurant I was lead not to order a meal even though my sister did. The restaurant is filthy- from behind the counters , tables and restrooms. Yes there was hiring signage in the entry door but surely the available team could have planned for someone to sanitize. Less than 10 customers came through including drive through while we were in dining area. Fries tasted as if cooked in burnt oil. I’m from NC and a regular cookout patron- this eat in site did not meet company standards I sure

Was here late last night and it was my first time here. The drive thru mic is very faint, full of static, and as if they were distant from the mic. I pulled up to the window and told the employee and we shared a few laughs about how the mic inside is the same, hard of hearing. I had quite a big order and asked politely if everything is okay and in the bag. The employee checked again and said she is 100% sure. I was with a friend and he told her that we were missing a hot dog and nuggets, which I was still calm and okay. I smiled to assure them that it’s not a problem. The employee asked what was missing and when we told her what wasn’t in the bag, she slammed the window and I’m sure hoping it was to check the orders. She popped back out and asked again and we gave the same reply. She said it’s in the bag and everything was in the bag. Being irritated, my friend ripped up the bags and showed them that we were missing the items. She took this gesture negatively and shut the door with a rude attitude. Her other coworkers opened the window and kindly gave us the bags which contained our missing food and apologized because the main drive thru worker missed the bag next to her and forgotten. On the other hand, the manager, Tamiya, was horrid in action. She sucked her teeth in defense of her employee. I didn’t see what the big problem was but it was a ruined night. The food was not even fresh/hot but I didn’t mind since it was almost 4am and could be easily be reheated. It’s a good lazy food but wish the customer service was more helpful to first timers. And to everyone, check your food at every restaurant chain to ensure you have everything...

If you are craving cookout food on the go for a super duper affordable price ? Then this is your place. Now I will say this is your typical Hood Eatery but I love it. Nothing is over $5 individually. If you have a chance try the cherry wine soda get light ice it is very good. I highly suggest any shake they are bomb. I love the strawberry shake you really don't need a straw cuz it's so thick and creamy that you can just eat it with a spoon. I love that the hot dogs are charred and have a good grilled smoked cookout flavor. Add mustard you get two for the price of one. The barbecue pulled pork is amazing I normally hate pulled pork but this is like some chopped good lean pulled pork meat. Very affordable cheap eats. Went back twice in one day. Long lines but worth the wait. hands down good Hood Eatery in Georgia. I'm a fan. Also when the cashiers are on the speaker through drive-thru they can come off rude but actually it's just hurry up to the point & order style of ordering. No pun intended I understand! I'm just warning others that are not socially aware of being in the hood ...

Had the worst experience ever at this Cook Out location on Christmas Eve. I moved up north a few years ago, where there are no Cook Out locations, and so while I was in town I was really looking forward to getting a Cook Out dog and milkshake before getting on the road for 3 hours to see my family in SC. After sitting in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes, I finally got to the speaker at 10:51pm, only to be turned away because they were “closed.” I asked what time they closed, and they said 11:00. I pointed out that it was not yet 11:00, and that I had been waiting in line for 30+ minutes, but they didn’t seem to care. They just said they had to clean up and get out by 11:59pm. The whole experience left me not wanting to spend money at Cook Out ever again. The southern hospitality I was hoping for was definitely lacking on this night. I realize, by the way, that no one wants to work on Christmas Eve, but I also know how restaurants work and turning someone away before your scheduled closing time is just not something you do, especially at...
