POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had a taste for Burger King and I can assure you that this was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a Burger King. The manager today was so unprofessional and I blamed the manager because she sat there and watched the whole argument between an employee and a customer and said absolutely nothing. The customer was an elderly man with a mask on expressing that he was upset that he couldn’t even place his order. They asked us to come inside from the drive-through which was already inconvenienced number one obviously they were shortstaffed or not moving fast enough and had us all come in wow some cars still remained in the drive-through. The man was complaining that he was dissatisfied with the service and quite frankly so was I and everyone else in there. The employee had an attitude with the old man and continued to say smart remarks to him. He asked for her name she said, “I don’t have a name.” He asked the manager for her name and she walked away without giving the name. The man said go get your manager it was the same girl that watched the whole argument and chuckled as the argument progressed. Not professional at all. My food took so long! I finally asked excuse me where is my double stacker as the woman who came after me got served. Some other girl that just came into work gave it to me and I left after filling up my drink. There was nothing but diet drinks left such as diet sprite, Diet Coke and diet root beer. I’m disgusted and dissatisfied and disappointed with BK. I will never come to this location again. Read moreHere in line and nobody is answering the speaker to take orders. No reason for this since they are open 24/7. I’ve been here 10-15 with only 1 car in front of me. If I could do NO STARS, I would. If u have an issue in there, atleast say so and plz give us a second. Just seems like they don’t wanna work.
So the car in front finally pulls away and I pull up. After sitting there AGAIN a few minutes they come on the speaker and say, we are closed at the moment. I ask why and he says if u have a question, pull around to the window. THEN he proceeds to keep walking past the window without coming to answer my question . I am HONKING MY HORN which I know they can ALL HEAR! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is RIDICULOUS!!!! This is on 8/23/23 at 10:18p. Need to write up ALL EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THIS TIME! They do what they want after hours. I have now been HERE since BEFORE 10 because I want some answers. When he finally does come to the window he says they are short staffed and they are waiting for help to arrive. He is now by himself. So I ask about the 3 other ppl I’ve seen walking past the window and he says they students that were getting off shift. Ok. I can comprehend all this BUT you should have explained THAT from the get go and not having a line of ppl sitting here. INFORM THE CUSTOMER, don’t IGNORE. Without us, where will you be?

Anyway, I visited this particular Burger King with my mom and we went to the drive through and we ordered our breakfast and the guy repeated the order and gave us our total. My mom says, "this total doesn't sound accurate so I'm going to ask the cashier to repeat my order once I get to the window." We get to the window and once we are there the guy hands my mom change and a receipt and she says, " wait, what is this?? The guy says, " your change(nasty attitude as he is saying this)". My mom then says, "can u repeat my order, he never does." My mom asks again to repeat the order and he doesn't and he is still holding the receipt with the change mind u she still hasn't given him any money so how does he know the correct change to give her? My Mom is holding the $15 in her hand but that wasn't the amount she wanted to give so this rude cashier just assumed that was what she wanted to give. So we leave and get home to 2 MEATLESS CROISSANTS (not what we ordered). This establishment should be shut down and that cashier needs to go to customer service training because it's apparent he doesn't value his job, the company, or anybody else... PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED DOLLAR...
