It took me more than 20 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered it.
When I pulled up to the speaker, no one greeted me, so I assumed the speaker was broken and pulled forward.
When I pulled up to the window, the worker thought the order in her hand was mine. I told her no one greeted me at the speaker so I pulled forward. She didn't seem to like this. She disappeared and came back a minute or so later to take my order.
I paid, she brought out the sodas and instructed me to pull over into the parking lot and someone would bring out my order. We waited for about 10 minutes, a girl brought what she thought was my order. She verified with my receipt that it wasn't.
About 5 minutes later, a guy came over to the front of my car, looked at me, I motioned for him to come over, but he kept going.
I waited another 5 minutes and walked up to the window to ask where's my order. After seeing my receipt, the girl said that a guy brought out my order, but said the I wasn't there. I told her I was and that I saw the guy come over to the front of my car, but he ignored me and kept going.
This was the second Checkers I went to. The first (Wesley Chapel at S. Hairston) one's line was not moving after waiting in it for 7 minute, do I came to this one.
I'm done with Checkers. I've not gone to the Wesley Chapel Checkers in 2 years after getting bad service and dismissive attitudes from employees. I won't ever go to this one either.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrder an ice cream cone and when I arrived to the window it was darn near melted. Of course, I requested for it to be remade. An employee inside kept asking "why she don't want it". Once told by the associate at the window they responded "It ain't gon' be no damn better". I didn't respond because I knew in my mind that I'd be calling corporate. Moving forward....I got another ice cream cone and halfway home I threw it out because it ain't no telling what happened behind that wall. I didn't feel comfortable giving it to my son. Needless to say I lost out on my money and my child went without his ice cream. Oh,I tried calling back to the checkers TWICE to speak directly to the manager instead of contacting corporate and they didn't answer. Smh......

Sooooo.....I just checked my bank account and they even had the nerve to run my debit card twice!
I will admit prior to this date I've never had an issue with this location. But after this experience I WON'T be returning!!!!!
How do you give melted ice cream and then charge the customer for requesting it to be made again!!! Guess they thought I wouldn't catch that! ...

Today was the latter. The food quality was the issue. I made the mistake of ordering a BOGO from the rewards section of the app where I could get a three-piece chicken finger box BOGO. The regular price for a single box is $5.39.
I never had Checkers chicken fingers so I thought it would be a great time to try them. Boy was I disappointed when I open the box to see these little dried out hockey pucks for chicken strips. Small and undercooked.
I couldn't believe that they would charge $5 39 for these little overcooked three-piece "nuggets." Six of them will probably be justifiably $5.39 but not three. I won't be ordering this again.
