The management team was invisible on this day. There were 10 plus people waiting for orders that had been placed. 6 people waiting to place orders and 1 person taking customer orders in the dining room. 11 cars were at the drive thru and 1 person trying to assist the front counter and drive thru with completed orders. Customers placing orders and customers receiving placed orders were intermingled in front of the counter. No signage was in place to designate where orders are placed or where they are to be picked up. No one from the staff attempted to bring order to the area. Customers placing orders had to ask who was placing orders and who receiving orders to determine the place in line. CHAOTIC! is a mild way of putting it.
When attempting to place an order, numerous menu items were not available or could not be delivered in their complete form. When asking for a management member, customers were told management is unavailable.
The water line was off that provides water to the sink in the restroom and a container of hand sanitizer and a gallon jug of water was placed on the sink. No signage was posted to notify customers of the conditions present.
If this location could not provide services and goods as they advertise, why were there no notifications or a representative to advise customers?
If this location could not operate as they should due to issues that prevented full delivery of the goods and services, why stay open and deliver inferior goods and...
Read moreWhat a terrible experience. I came here for a refund after my daughter became sick and started throwing up after eating half her sandwich. I had the receipt and food. First off the dining room was locked even during open hours. Ok I went through the drive through. After I explained what happened to Jamari (who was very helpful) he told the manager on duty Zachariah. I immediately overheard Zachariah saying “she ate half the sandwich she’s not getting a refund!” NOT once did he come around talk to me to ask what happened all I heard was him yelling about the sandwich being half eating. He did not know my daughter was literally throwing up! This really upset me so I asked for him to come around as he refused and didn’t want to show his face until he eventually came and said “you’re going to have to take that up with corporate” well here’s my first step! He walked away and never came back to check only Jamari who had been very helpful and respectful even if he did not agree. But Zachariah should not be working lead if he cannot handle a simple refund that could’ve easily turned into a lawsuit. Jamari ended up issuing my refund and had I nice calm demeanor the entire time. But trust what happened was not cool from a mother watching her kid get sick and getting ridiculed over it. I would like a call from corporate...
Read moreI usually have nothing but praise to give the Wendy's franchise. But the Wendy's on Covington Highway is by far the worst and nastiest Wendy's I have ever been to. From customer service right down to sanitation. The pictures that I am showing you today of 10/13/20. is the new Wendy's spicy crispy sandwich. That I am trying for the first-time might I add. First off it tastes like it has been sitting there all day. When I bit into it it was so dry that is sounded like I was eating a potato chip. If that wasn't bad enough for me it was not prepared to my liking like I asked. So I went in to the restaurant address the situation which I believe the manager that was in charge came up to me out of uniform and not even in Wendy's uniform. Made me feel like if I have done something wrong by asking could he fix my order. which he didn't but instead went around using his bare hands while we're still in a pandemic and gave me the condiments That was supposed to be on my sandwich went around. I was so disgusted and outraged I just left the restaurant I had to stop my wife from eating her sandwich which word in the picture because I was not sure how the procedure was being handled in that restaurant doing this pandemic. I would never ever go to this in particular...
