They should know this review is coming, first of all there is a lack of customer service at this establishment. I order a sandwich, chips and a cookie all through the app, my order was submitted at 11:23 am (me thinking I will beat the rush lunch hour and it should be here by my lunch time which it starts at noon.) I got a text saying that it was out for delivery at around 11:45 or so; so I waited for it to get here but by noon no one had showed up. I called the store, this lady answered and I told her why I was calling she said it was out for delivery and that I should wait, so I waited more. At 12:20 pm (1 hour after I placed my order) nothing was delivered yet, so I called the store again, I tell her who I am and this time she tells me that my food was delivered to the wrong address and that the driver is on his way back to the wrong address so he can pick up the food again and he can deliver it to me??????? I tell her what happens if they already opened it and she says "oh no they didn't". That is crazy! I've never heard of something like this, she gets mad at me and basically says "oh I'm sorry we're humans we make mistakes too", yes we're all humans but for my order to take 1 hour to be deliver and on top of that to be delivered to the wrong address. The "we're humans too" speech does not apply. Yes I did hang up on her and I told her I could see now that they cannot do anything right. Now, I was not going to be taking that food not knowing where it has been for the past hour, so when the driver came to my work to try to deliver it, I told him to just take it with him or to put it on the garbage because I was not taking that food. He proceeded to leave it the outside the door on the floor and left. I've order from them multiple times and this is by far the worst restaurant...

When they take your order and then they can’t even make the sandwich correct maybe they should get a different job. I was thinking about a sandwich for dinner so I stopped in and ordered a sandwich chips and a drink. The younger girl who took my order was more interested in playing games with her coworkers than making my sandwich. I will never be back. So when I pointed out that the sandwich wasn’t correct she looked at me like I was being rude? Then it took the woman who was on her break and eating nachos to see that I was disappointed with my sandwich and she then offered to make it again. Then I watched as it wasn’t her and it was the younger woman who made the mistake the first time and I said I didn’t want it because I thought she would mess with my sandwich because I complained. We placed an in-person order for 7 sandwiches yesterday November 12th ~1:30 p.m. we were very specific with 2 Italian subs with oil and vinegar. These two subs were found to contain meat that had large ares of fat…no oil and vinegar but had mayonnaise instead. Not only was it “gross”, but caused some stomach distress…before investing the contents. Another specialty sandwich was consumed by another family member who threw up and had diarrhea and severe cramping that evening and overnight. Poor quality ingredients, preparer did not follow the stores ingredients (as listed) and two customers sickened.
