Worse experience in a Pizza Ranch ever. We had visitation & funeral in Storm Lake on June 25, 2021. The daughter called a day or 2 before to make reservations for 35 people after the funeral at about 2:30pm. They shoved us in the private room right of the drinks & wouldn't open the partition divider. I had ordered some pizzas to start with at the cemetery with people having the choice of salad bar only (no buffet they wouldn't extend it for us) or order off the menu. People trickled in from the cemetery ordering at different times. The 3 children were last to arrive & order. As food trickled out for the first orders of chicken meals & Pizza there was not enough room as we were packed in like sardines. Meals were missing food the guy came in with a plate of biscuits trying to find the people with meals climbing over people to hand them out, I was overcharged (more fountain drinks than I bought or got) and did not receive all of my food. The 3 adult children were almost an hour and a half later to get some food and never got everything like the breakfast Pizza that we thought might show up at breakfast time the next day & other. Part of that order was cheese sticks. They tried bringing one order 2x but we told them we already had it and yet one of the pizzas was pepperoni and one of the forever waiting orders was 2 pepperoni pizzas. Idk where they went to we were only ones in there then. Matt tried to go up when he got a sausage pizza not a breakfast pizza and had to yell from the counter for someone to come out of the kitchen where everyone was hiding. It was a disaster. We paid for food we didn't get. We sat forever waiting on food with nothing coming out of the kitchen after the chicken meals & a couple pizzas came out about 30 - 45 minutes after ordering food for a long time. I was disappointed in this restaurant and I am a loyalty member we like this chain in other cities like Creston, Atlantic,...
Read moreIt's a buffet of AYCE pizza, fried chicken with sides and salad. The pizza wasn't that good, it was cooked and presented well just not very tasty. The fried chicken is much better with sides of corn, peas, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy. I didn't try the sides so I can't speak on them. There's also a salad bar that has a decent amount of items to choose from and everything was fresh. I really enjoyed the salad bar. Price for 2 people including drinks came to around $25 so not a bad deal either. It's worth it if you're ready to eat without the wait and you create your own portions. There's not really servers but there is picking up of plates in-between trips and ours were always picked up in a...
Read moreBuffet is from 5pm onwards. Had a great time here. Pizza Buffet is the best! Make a suggestion for a pizza and they will make it and bring it to your table, no extra cost. Was expecting more variety at once but no complaints here since pizzas were made constantly and every time I got up I saw new Pizzas (and toppings) to chose from. Dessert pizzas were an unexpected nice surprise. Place serves Coke Products and has a book of information for people worried about Allergies or on a diet. Very considerate service and kind people to serve you. Only suggestion would be to offer "Stuffed Pizza" (not stuffed crust) (could also be called a Pizza Pie) I'm from Chicago and like to spread awareness of...
