1560 Norton Rd. Oh my how a micro manager on only certain things can change the entire culture of a visit. Ordered large onion ring, requested 1 extra sauce at the counter to equal 2 sauces for a large instead of 1 sauce for a med/small. The employee stated " I'm not allowed" to which I requested " could you please ask your manager for permission? Left for what seems like 5 full minutes , came back and stated " If I give you a second one I'll have to charge you 40 cents. I asked why and she replied "thats the rule". I said ok nevermind can I get some ketchup? In all the irony of a classic joke she reached down and gave me , not lying, 17 ketchup for one large fry. All while a stack of napkins 4-5 inches high was soaking on the beverage counter spills and mess with other loose napkins from the broken napkin machine, with 5-7 loose lids in the beverage station drain causing a backup of ice . Finally, one gentleman employee was in the process of changing trash for 3 out of 4 trash bags that were less than 1/4 full and the 4th less than half full. I submit that if this manager managed more by walking around and training ( studies show that having a well trained team of employees empowered to handle guest concerns enhances the overall experience.- key word TRAINED before EMPOWERED ) and less from the office , she would save 10x the cost of any sauce with napkin dispensers, napkins, lids, ketchup, trash bags, and finally lost revenue because this once a week ( usually drive thru) customer will simply go down 7 minutes to the Stow location and spend my hard earned money there at...

There was one employee who was cleaning tables in the dining room. I walked up to the counter and was not greeted by anyone. A little over two minutes goes by and still no one other than the employee in the dining room is around, who by the way, is still cleaning and other than glancing over at me a couple times, has still NOT acknowledged my presence. I literally saw him look at me at least twice and go right back to wiping things down. I got no "welcome", no " how can I help you?", no "I will be right with you", no "someone will be right with you"...just a couple glances and an apparent attitude of "if I ignore this guy maybe he'll go away." Which i did. And he even watched me walk out the door and continued to clean. Went across the street to McDonald's where I was greeted within 30secs of walking...
Read moreToday I paid for 3 items and got 15 minutes down the road to realize they only gave me 2 of the 3 items I paid for
Called the store twice immediately, only to get a busy tone (strange in the year 2020)
Went back later today to request a refund for the item I paid for that they never gave me. The manager told me there was "nothing she could do," that she "doesn't know how to do refunds nor the authority to do so." Told me I could "try" to come back tomorrow when a different manager is working.
Called corporate. Got an apology, but also "nothing they could do".
Unreal. Will "try" again tomorrow with a different manager I guess!? It should not be this difficult to get money back for something you paid for but never got. Is this even real life?
Update: different manager next day called me, apologized, and went above and beyond to make it right. I...
