I booked very last minute with Amber because I had an impulse to go blonde and little else. Upon arrival, Amber talked me through my best options and made me feel more confident in her ability to provide me with her best. Once she got to working on my hair, I was so grateful for how thorough she was from the explanation of the foils to the shampooing/conditioning and through the straightening. I was ignored in the beginning. Hair treatment wasn't gone over during or before to inform me about it. Hair was cut shorter than agreed to and I had to come back for a correction as some was missed. Unfortunately later the next day I also discovered that my haircut was cut unevenly. The left side has no layers around the face. I'm pretty upset after spending my money there. I showed her pictures but I left with a different look. She did use a round brush to dry my hair which is a plus as many will only blow dry it without styling. And she had a pleasant personality. Amber Rose is simply the best!!! She knows exactly what I want done with my hair and absolutely never disappoints! She absolutely transformed my hair and I get compliments on it all the time. She is so kind and sweet and can make your hair vision come to life!!! I have some unruly uncooperative curly hair and Amber Rose makes it look happy and healthy with no problem!!!
