Handel's Homemade Ice Cream — Restaurant in Stow

On the website for this location it had a particular flavor listed that I wanted to try. I asked for the flavor and the employee said they didn't have the flavor. No big deal, but I mentioned it was listed on the website and she said "Different locations have different flavors" and implied I was looking at the wrong location. I asked, "This is the Stow location, yes?" And she cut me off saying "Yes and unfortunately we don't have it." I was simply trying to let her know the website needed updating, but she was clearly annoyed with me, after she had already implied that I was too stupid to pull up the correct location. There was also another employee yelling to customers in line that there were other windows open. The proper way to address customers is "I can help you over here, sir, if you are ready?" Since I moved out here from Cleveland this is one of my favorite all year round ice cream places ok since I wrote this review something new happen that made me change my mind about this place which is unfair and not right I understand having people wear masks who can however my father can't not and even has a note from his doctors say he can cause he people need to be able to see his face to see if he is having a stroke or heart attack . We used Handel's Catering for our church's first-ever block party. They provided single scoops of our choice of three flavors (chocolate, vanilla, and birthday cake!) pre-scooped into containers, and all we had to do was hand it out to our guests. The scoops were a generous size - with room for toppings! - and came in a battery-powered mobile freezer, which meant we could set up our booth wherever we wanted without needing to worry about proximity to a power source.
