Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Stow

Ok, i am an admitted real OJ addict. if there was a support group for such an addiction, count me in. In the past I would stop by a PULP location 1-2 x a day to score some of their wickedly awesome pure, fresh squeezed OJ. But, for some crazy reason about a year ago they decided to more or less double the $$ of the OJ. I am sorry, but $8 for a dinky sized cup is crazy. I used to be charged $4-6 (max, dep. on location) for the same item. I maybe go there 1 x a month now due to this insane increase. Hey, i understand the cost of goods goes up. But, how do you explain that when it was affordable, the cost of a 5LB bag of sunkist oranges at the local store was around $8 a bag. Now days, the same bag is $5.99-$6.99. so if anything the cost should have decreased, not doubled. Please rethink the $8 OJ juice cost, i know when the associate tells me how much it is at checkout they more or less cringe and mumble, too as it is obviously a ridiculous amount of $$ for a...

I had an online Doordash pickup order today. The app told me pick-up would be at 1:18 pm. I arrived at 1:25 pm to a small, disorganized line of people.

I walked up to the Doordash pickup “line” (it was just in-store customers waiting). I was not greeted or spoken to until all five of the other customers had their orders and LEFT the store.

After I was stared at for about 5 minutes, someone asked if I had an order and finally got it, since it already finished, waiting in a cooler.

As someone in the actual restaurant industry, I’m never coming back to this location or leaving a tip for these people....

The smoothie was absolutely delicious as always, I love this store so much, AMAZING GIRLS! that work here they're absolutely amazing all of them! wouldn't go to any other pulp! they know my order every time I walk in and they are all so sweet it's so hard to find good customer service now a days but this store! definitely had it down pack the Manager is awesome too may I mention he's always super nice and ask me how I have been doing and actually cares to know the answer. of course too their smoothies are off the chain! I would give this store 10...
