Placed an order on the subway app for your store today. Ordered 3 subs. The app was running terribly slow (not the stores fault) and timed out upon placing my order. I placed the order at 10:45 for 11:25 pickup. I called the store to see if the order was received and after 6 attempts, someone finally answered the phone. Said they did not receive my order. I said ok what should I do? Card was charged “I don’t know” was the answer. She then said they are only given like 15 mins to make the subs, I asked if I should call back. Response, in a full blown attitude “sure go ahead and call back”. I then received notice that my card was charged and email the order was received. So I was confused. I called back 20 minutes later and of course no answers. I receive email that my order is almost ready for pick up, so fingers crossed, I head up to the shop. The order is ready. The girl hands it to me and walks away. I get them home. Wrong bread, wrong subs. The veggies requested were only half right. I ask for extra pickles. I got TWO. Literally TWO as I can count them for you. Unless I am standing in front of them making my order, it is NEVER right. I am never coming here again because honestly, if you don’t want to work, then why work? Every time I come up or call I get the rudest attitude. One of the girls working was really rude and asked if we had the "big order", which they had just started. I don't mind waiting (the place was empty though) but she was snippy during the whole process, even though there were 3 people working on the order lol! I don't mind this either, I understand it's hard to work with the public like this. However, all 6 sandwiches were extremely disgusting. The bread was very stale, they had way too much mayo falling out in globs, none of the toppings were right. It was ridiculous!
