Arby's — Restaurant in Strasburg

Fries were fresh but my sandwich was clearly constricted with little to no regard for practicality of consumption. Also, the employee taking orders and working the window clearly isn't paid a livable wage because he certainly wasn't pleasant to say the least. Shame because I usually really enjoy Arby's. Shout out to the Knoxville district of Arby's tho because the ones there are filled with employees that take pride in what they do. Seriously, it has been a couple years but when I worked around there, I was munching hellah Arby's because A. Arby's is top tier fast food and B. Corporate entities are only good when the staff takes a semblance of pride. Hey Arby's. Be more like the Knoxville locations. stopped in on 8/22/19 and ordered a bacon beef & cheddar medium meal and 4 kings Hawaiian roast beef sliders with a medium fry. waited over 20 minutes for my order while other customers that came in after me got their orders rather quickly, my order was wrong they gave me the bbq chicken sliders. I said they were wrong and they did fix it but when I asked about the wrong order they said it's the law they have to throw it out even if I paid for them. a short time later I opened my bacon need & cheddar and it was wrong but I drive a truck and could not go back in. so was not pleased with the service at all the crew seems to just want to goof off and talk. i will not be going back to this location any longer witch sucks because it's one of 2 places I can fit...

Having timed it, it took literally 33 minutes to get through the drive thru because as soon as you pull up to order you hear "thank you for choosing Arby's I'll be with you in one moment"

Apart from what should have been a 10 minute stop being 30+ minutes the Mozzarella sticks and jalapeño bites were literally soggy as if someone dipped them in warm water before serving them.

I don't blame employees at this Arby's for this experience. This is 100% on the management side failing to do theit part to enforce quality of service.

Thank god I don't live near this Arby's so I can justify not stopping by for a quick bite. Worst fast food I've had in a long time. Heck, next time I'll just go to McDonald's...
